You may check in as early as 4pm and must check out by 10am. \- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. \- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So, depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. \- Parking up to 2 cars. No RV or Trailer parking. \- This property has a Deep-Soaking Tub. This is not a working Jacuzzi Tub. The jets do not work. \- No food or drink in the hot tub. \- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest's responsibility to do the dishes before they leave. \- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into the property. By booking, you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back out if necessary. The only issue we had was the smell of marijuana on 2 separate days but was from an outside area. It was so strong in the 1st level like someone was on our patio smoking. It was Very Clean and Spacious and the kitchen was well stocked! It was also nice to have an extra living area and mini kitchenette downstairs! Had lots of extra amenities! The Hot Tub was a hit with my grandkids! The on site staff Ms. Kathryne was Very Friendly and came by late one night because my Grandkids had locked our bedroom door and she was there within 5 minutes to get it opened!! I will provide pictures. First off, the listing says "Walk to Parkway", there is no way this is a walk to the Parkway unless you are a marathon walker. This property sits on a steep hill and is about 1.5 miles to the Parkway. It may sleep 7, but good luck fitting more than 4 people in the living room. The outdoor pool was GREEN. This is a duplex, so the picture is misleading. The refrigerator did not work an we were told to put ice in it to keep things cold. We arrive on Saturday and she said she would get someone there Monday sometime. SO BRING A COOLER! The railing on the porch that is probably 20 feet up was missing some rails, very dangerous. The couch was so wore out the coloring is faded off the head rest. The Chair in the basement is filthy. The fold out beds had food in them, so obviously they haven't been cleaned or the sheets changed. The curtains have black filth on them. The washing machine had mold in it where you put your detergent. The door lock going outside is about to fall off. The stopper for the nasty jacuzzi tub is broken so no using it. The place has not been cleaned. It is falling apart and they do not take care of the property. To top it all off we found a dead roach under the fold out bed, we were given a REFUND and VRBO gladly moved us to a Lodge on the Parkway.
