The condo itself was really nice. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the pool and amenities. Only downside is that no loaner cornhole bags or basketballs were provided for guests, so we did have to go on a bit of a scavenger hunt. Internet connection was a bit hit or miss, but not a big deal unless traveling with little ones. Otherwise nice proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions. Both are in their 70’s and have mobility issues. No stairs and an elevator to get to the property were a big selling point. They couldn’t join us but we loved the unit. They are conveniently located in Pigeon Forge. The condo was as the pictures showed and all that we expected. The only issue is that the bathrooms could have been cleaner. The beds were a little hard for our taste but you can't please everyone. There was enough room to be near eachother or seperate if you needed a break from the kids lol. The condo is dated and while I was there black mold was discovered in the spare bathroom. Property manager sent the poor maintenance guy up to the condo to deal with mold. It was not handled correctly. Also, the water heater was failing leaving my 10 year old with a barely warm bath after Dollywood all day. Also, the leaking ceiling in the kitchen was an issue. This place was clean, had what we needed, and everything was easy. The indoor pool was nice. The free tickets to local attractions is legit with no surprises. We enjoyed the Elcatraz museum and the Titanic museum as part of the free ticket. Would stay again but recommend a longer stay. Some of the extra fees were a little high but for a longer stay it would be more worth it. ##### Rick W.
