Check-in was very easy. Code was emailed prior to arriving so entry was easy. Kitchen was sticked with all items needed to cook with. Partly painted walls, peeling wallpaper. The stairs heading to the house, were in bad shape. If someone fell, they'd be seriously hurt due to nails and boards hanging out. Washing machine was musty. First night, we heard somethinf in the walls. Management did take care of it right away. We didnt get anything when we arrived. So i had to contact management to get in. However, there was only one parking place that was tight (overflow parking was available at the clubhouse). The property does need updating. Beds were very uncomfortable. One of the toilets didn't flush (I was able to fix it). The deck was sketchy. The cleaning crew needs training. There were dirty rags left in the shower. The return grate for the AC is filled with dust and visible grime. There is also an older musty smell. Overall, OK, but not something I would book again in its current condition. ##### Keith W.
