Pigeon Forge Chalet "Best Time Ever" Unit 808: Enjoy your Smoky Mountain Vacation all in one cabin. No need to leave. This beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath updated cabin is nestled in a wooded resort with access to a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Bring your basketball to play on the outdoor basketball court. Best Time Ever is just minutes from the Shows and Restaurants in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and only 4 miles from Dollywood. This cabin has all the amenities you will need to have a vacation you will never forget.

The spacious kitchen with granite counter tops comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee pot. The living area has a cozy gas fireplace with a 50-inch flat screen television and DVD player, and a sleeper sofa. Take advantage of the library of movies that is provided for your convenience or stay connected with the free wireless internet. The main level also offers a bedroom with a king size bed, 43-inch flat screen television with Roku, and a newly remodeled separate bath with walk-in shower. Or gather on the covered deck for a cookout on outdoor kitchen and rock in one of the four rockers. Just when you think you have seen it all you go out on one side of the covered porch for a game of black light miniature putt putt or the other side to challenge each other with the now very popular black light corn hole game.

Upstairs, you will find a game room with pool table, shuffleboard table, professional dart board machine, slot machine (tokens), and 75-inch flat screen television with Roku, and CD player. There is also a view from the back deck. The master suite upstairs has a king size bed, 55-inch flat screen television with Roku, and entrance to a private balcony with more rocking chairs. The adjoining bath has a tiled shower, or you can relax under the skylight while soaking in the spa tub. A towel warmer and a mesmerizing fireplace are new additions to this bathroom. There is a laundry room complete with full size washer and dryer, a laundry sink, and iron and ironing board.

Downstairs, you will find a bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds and TV. A second bedroom with a queen size bed, and a 32-inch flat screen television with Roku and DVD player, and a third bedroom with a king size bed and 32-inch flat screen television with Roku. Kids will have fun with the toy and game collection. Best Time Ever also offers a Play Station 3 with games. There two sleeper ottomans too. Also, a stand-up multi-cade arcade machine.

Relax with your loved ones as you soak in the hot tub and watch the TV. A cooler is waiting to be filled with your ice and drinks. Pick the cabin that has something for everyone, enjoy resort amenities, or go out to enjoy what the area has to offer. This cabin has it all and is waiting for you to have the Best Time Ever. Smoking is permitted only on outside decks. No Smoking Inside. No pets please. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. Sleeps 14.

Putt putt was a hit w tue 6 grandkids as well as pool table and other games. Enjoyed the decks and well stocked kitchen. Lots is light bulbs out, dust in corners but overall clean just needs a little more maintenance.

This is a review of the company that manages this cabin. They don’t tell you the address until 4pm or later the day of your arrival. I had to call them at 4:15 and was told the cabin wasn’t cleaned yet so they still wouldn’t provide the address and entry code until it was. At 5pm they called to say there was a water leak and they switched me to another cabin which was worse than my original with no refund amount (so steep the car bottomed out every time we turned to enter the steep driveway which was 30* right turn from an already steep road. I’be stayed in Gburg often but have never encountered road/driveway this bad). Also they require you give them a photo of your drivers license and credit card to keep in their system. Hopefully they don’t get hacked. If possible I’d recommend not using Fireside Chalet’s (the management company).

Perfect location lacking accommodations

It was good, other than lack of toilet paper, cleaning supplies and hand soaps etc. The two pull out twins should be replaced … we had to set up floor palets for young kids because the mattresses were so soiled.

Quick Family Getaway

We decided last minute let’s go out of town! The process was effortless, management was great! The property location was great right off the strip, easy to get to. When I had to contact the management office they were quick to respond. No major issues, I just needed linens for the futons and extra wash cloths.I did not like that the water did not get hot like I like it. The main bathroom shower water pressure was a trickle, we were too short to adjust the shower head if that was the problem. The outside trash can was full so we had to take the trash to the main office which was not what we wanted to do. I believe they need a better cleaning team, so that the guests do not have to pack up all of the trash and discard to another location, major inconvenience. No closet space to put your bags. Only the main ste had a small closet with nothing in it. Other than that I will say the place met my expectations for a quick getaway.

Wouldn’t stay again… would not recommend.

It was a great weekend with my family, but the cabin itself was not great… it has so many areas that need to be touched up paint wise and dusted/ cobweb addressed. When we arrived we found an entire cooking tray of breakfast food in the oven… It had been sitting and smelled. We then went looking for a spatula and open the dish washer to find it full of awful smelling dirty dishes that we had to then put away once we cleaned… There was trash outside in deck cans with raw meat trays that smelled like actual death, they were supposed to come empty this because we reached out and they never came or were cleaned, this is a for sure safety hazard with wildlife around. There are nails sticking out from framing and loose boards around the home. The mirrors and soaking tub upstairs were both dirty. Mirror with old water/ spit stains and the the tub had a dirty scum ring and hairs in it, which is beyond gross… there was also a yucky looking brown stain on the wall near the tub. The ice machine on fridge is missing the lever to help drop: have to use finger behind cup to push the mechanism…. The golf clubs outside are molded and the deck is covered with webs and very dirty. The lady I spoke to many times was so very kind and apologetic, but it was still a huge bummer having to clean others mess or not use the tub and embarrassing for me as I had booked this place for our family trip and it was lack luster and just not clean… We would not recommend. Being close to DW is the only plus.

Dad’s 90th birthday!

This was the perfect location for four families to have a lovely birthday celebration. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary pots, pans, and dishes. Maintenance arrived within hours of a phone call. And, the hot tub got lots of use!

Family Vacay

We had an amazing time in Pigeon Forge! The cabin's location was perfect—most attractions were within a 30-45 minute drive. We enjoyed zip lining, white water rafting, the mountain coaster, shopping, hiking, and dining out. The cabin comfortably accommodated our group of 12, and the amenities were fantastic: hot tub, bag set, putt putt, pool table, dart board, and pool. The only downside was that one of the pull-out couches was broken, so we couldn't use it. Overall, it was a great experience!
