Erika answered all our questions in a very timely manner. It was Rod Run weekend and a lot of people complain about the noise from the cars but it was all quiet inside the condo. Nicely appointed and well equipped. We had an issue with the refrigerator and as soon as we contacted the manager, we had a response from them as well as the owner. It was fixed immediately with a brand new refrigerator that came very timely to insure that we could prepare food for our group that we we’re meeting with in Pigeon Forge. It was a real treat dealing with the owner and her team. Will book this condo again next year if available when we come back no doubts! ##### Ron H. It was a mess. After that, i was afraid we would come back to a flooded room. Shower could use some cleaning. Refrigerator didnt cool as well as it should. Wi-Fi was terrible. Other than that, it was ok. Never have I had any problem at any place we've stayed. Our 30th anniversary is one to remember. ##### Elaine P.
