The Space: Welcome to your cozy getaway! This inviting home offers a comfortable and serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Enjoy spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, you’ll find local shops and restaurants just a short drive away. Ideal for families or groups seeking a home-away-from-home experience in Knoxville. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. Enjoy the private backyard for relaxation or a meal outdoors. Parking is available in the driveway, and a keyless entry system provides easy and secure access to the property. Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval. Guests will need to use their own Netflix and Roku accounts to access streaming services on the TV. Other Things to Note: Important Information: ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our guest screening tool results, additional credit card verification or a security deposit may be required (excluding Airbnb guests). Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of 2 pets with a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay. Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions. Food deliveries are available via shipt dot com. Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates up to 6 guests, but we allow up to 9 guests with an additional fee of $15 per night for the 7th to 9th guests.
