Right off the main road in Pigeon Forge and close to everything. Shelley was quick in her responses and very polite. The views of the city were awesome, the bed was comfortable, the amenities for the property were great, and the place had everything we needed. The only reason why it’s not a 5 is because of the stovetop. The eyes on the stove were not fitting, causing it to be a bit challenging to cook the food evenly. I liked how clean and nice everything was. It was quiet at night and safe. The elevator worked great liked having the carts. Easy going in and out of the condo. The only negative I would have would be the hair dryer was missing. There's only 2 sets of windows So it can be a little dark. And maybe a little more wash clothes. Let people know where the extra towels are I didn't find some until the last day that was in the half bath. I did however love the views. I also liked that it was quiet the whole time we were there day and night. Close to everything, but still secluded. Weather was great, and condo was very clean and comfortable. We have stayed at Mountainview Condos the last 4 years. Won't be our last. ##### Marcella H. Very convenient location and very surprisingly quiet considering it’s such a large complex. Visited several attractions in the area and was really close to all. Only reason no 5th star is that the apartment itself was lacking in supplies. There was no blanket for the sofa bed. There were plenty of extra pillows but no pillowcases. There were no hand towels in the half bath, no beach towels for the pool. There were no laundry pods, no dishwasher pods, no dish sponge, no spray cleaner. There was no shampoo. The silverware drawer had only 2 soup spoons. No salt or pepper. I know they are not required to put that stuff there but I’ve stayed in many vrbo’s and have never been left without at least a starter amount of everything. Just felt very cheap. ##### Samantha J. Due to the snow storm, we didn’t make it until 27th. Shelley -one of the owners- worked with us so we could stay a day longer. When we had an issue with the lock at 11 pm, I called and she answered promptly. The situation was resolved within a minute. We normally stay in other condos but we’ll definitely stay here again. Everyone had a great time. It’s located close to everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay. ##### Mavis A. Our 7 year old loved the bunk room all to herself. Check in was seamless, communication with the property manager was great, condo was spotless & had everything we needed. The location was just off the main strip so we had easy access to everything. We loved the pool (s) and the playground!! Would highly recommend this property and we look forward to our next stay with S & D properties!! And more than likely this exact location again!
