Florida vacation

We enjoyed our stay and this house was awesome. Very nice and comfortable house. We would stay there again. Close enough to the restaurants, beach and shops but far enough away as well.

Great Condo

This condo was nice and clean and super close to all things! We would definitely stay there again. Plus the 1 free attraction ticket a day helped save loads of money!

Birthday Getaway

My mom and I came to town to enjoy a girl's weekend for our shared birthday week. The property was a perfect location to visit Dollywood and a dinner show during our time. We appreciated the communication with the property owner and the easy check-in and checkout process.

Fun Weekend in Pigeon Forge

Great spacious and well furnished condo with beautiful views. Enjoyed the pool and even some cornhole. Used the free tickets for the Dolly Parton Stampede and Dollywood.

Anniversary Trip

The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty big enough but not too big. The view of the mountain was fantastic! We loved the balcony and the French doors in the main bedroom. For me the kitchen is very important and we had everything we needed. The property manager was constantly checking on us and answered all my questions very quickly. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice location in Pigeon Forge. Quiet yet convenient to everything. Immediate response from host if you need help. Easy check in and check out electronically. Condo was in excellent condition and clean. Highly recommend!

Excellent. Location is unbeatable, Unit was very clean, decorations a very nice touch (Christmas tree was just waiting there!) I did not have to have constant communications with Shelly because there were no issues. If someone wants a hassle free place to stay, this is it. Oh, by the way, did I mention that this is probably the best deal on the "strip".

Close to area attractions

Very easy to get to Dollywood and area places to eat. The pool was super cold although it is April! This is not the fault of the homeowner though. Communication with the homeowner and website is awesome and so easy to use.

Great place for families

We had an issue with the AC when we first arrived. I reached out to Thomas and he had someone there quickly. He checked back and made sure everything was ok. We loved the view of the mountains from our room. And how quiet the area was. My son rode his balance around the walk path and we enjoyed the pool.

Come prepared!!

The room was very clean, but they give you very limited things to work with. No trash bags, soap, or extra towels, you have to provide your own. No breakfast included, and our room never got clean the week we were there. Elevation was broken and we were on the 5th floor. Location is perfect, right in the middle of all the attractions.

Great location, clean and highly recommended

Very clean property! Just know that the building is the first number of the condo number and the second number is the floor. We drove around a bit to figure it out. Nice pool and hot tub! No coffee or tea, you will have to buy everything you need. Just salt and pepper. The beds were a little hard for us, just so others know. Not a criticism. Great location! Quiet!

Reviewer Comments: We love Mountain View Condos and stay here every year, usually a different unit every year but most are through S&D.Unit 2506 was very nice and clean.The beds were comfortable as were the living room chairs. I let management know that the bed pillows could use and upgrade and she assured me that would be taken care of. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful vacation.

Summer Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very clean. Owner was quick to respond to anything we needed. It was busier in this area. Lots of attractions and we did a couple of the. But getting through the main strip took a lot of time. If you are not doing the attractions may not be the best area to stay in. Condo was fine but we had older kids and preferred walking the strip in gatlinburg rather than driving the strip in pigeon forge. Would be fine if the attractions is what you are there for. We wanted hiking and walking areas. Would rent again regardless. Maybe could use a few more kitchen items like pitchers for drinks and dish towels and clothes. More coffee cups and cereal bowls. Had to handwash those daily to have for the next day. The beds were not comfortable. But the place was clean. Just too hard of a mattress for our liking.
