It was spotless and cute as can be! We enjoyed our time there. If you are checking in when it is dark it is a bit of a challenge to find, that is the only reason for 4 stars regarding check in. We would have loved to be able to open the windows but they didn't have screens. This is the only tiny disappointment of our stay. The hot tub was easy to use and sparking clean as was the rest of the place. I had a couple of questions that were responded to in minutes, the host was friendly and quick to respond. Our contact Stacy was very available for our few questions when we arrived. The yurt was very clean and comfy, the spa was great after long days running around Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was close to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer but felt very remote at the same time. We also loved there wasn’t any traffic driving by and very peaceful. We really enjoyed the hot tub! The yurt was super nice and clean! We had a problem with the TV and within 10 minutes we had someone come out and help us!
