Nested up on a little hill, this cabin is perfect for those that want to be close to the entertainment and fun but want to take a "Bear Pause" at the end of the day. Bear Pause is a two-minute walk to the trolly stop, a one-minute drive to the strip and offers a deck that overlooks the forest. There is unlimited parking available upon request. Bear Pause is a two-bedroom, two bath cabin that has a KING size bed in each room and the living room has a queen-size pull-out couch. You can make your way to the porch through a large sliding glass door that offers views overlooking the forest. A literal half mile from the main tourist road but you would swear you were deep in the mountains. The cabin was wonderful and spotless clean. You feel like you’re in the woods, but you’re actually very close to town which is great because I’m a city girl love the surrounding area and took advantage of tons of hiking. Stayed here for five days and they are easy to reach out to if there was any problems. The only problem we ran into is the t.v. Tried to get channels and always wanted a password.
