Appalachian Lodge is a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom cabin. The owners of this luxury cabin are dedicated to keeping it fresh, modern, and inviting. These regular updates make each stay feel like a brand-new experience. Located inside Our Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10. Appalachian Lodge has 3 levels and is 2800 square feet (plus deck space). This cabin will sleep a total of 14 guests and has parking for approximately 4 vehicles, with additional parking available in Parkside Resort. Main Level

Appalachian Lodge has 6 steps up to the front door, where you will enter into the main level. This level features an open air common space with the dining
area, kitchen, and living room. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar and 2 at a high top table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stacked refrigerator (with icemaker), a glass top stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. Other items provided in the kitchen are a coffee pot, a blender, a toaster, and standard cooking and eating utensils to accommodate 14 guests.

Appalachian Lodge's living room is the center of attention on this level and the floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light! The living room is also where you will find the first of 2 sleeper sofas. Watch the big game on the large flat screen TV or snuggle up next to the natural gas fireplace, regardless we know you will feel totally relaxed in Appalachian Lodge. Enjoy the use of the Sonos wireless speaker system throughout the entire house!

The main level is also where you will find the first of four bedrooms and bathrooms. This master suite features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom, which can be accessed only from the bedroom, features a newly remodeled, travertine, stone, walk in shower.

The main level deck of Appalachian Lodge is the perfect place to hang out and have a family meal on a pretty day! Here you will find the fire pit, gas grill (standard grilling utensils can be found in the kitchen), a wooden porch swing, a picnic table, and plenty of rocking chairs.

Upper Level

When you get to the top of the stairs you will enter into a nice, lofted seating area. The windows from the lower level come all the way to the ceiling on the upper level, allowing in plenty of natural light. Here there is a large flat screen TV, a second natural gas fireplace, and the second sleeper sofa.

Upstairs there are also two more bedrooms. One bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private deck with rocking chairs. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which features a newly remodeled, travertine, stone, walk in shower.

accessed from the bedroom or the sitting area, features a shower/tub combo.

Lower Level

Head down stairs and have some real fun! When you first enter the lower level of Appalachian Lodge you will walk right into the game room. The game room
features a ping pong table, a stand up arcade machine along with a 2 player sit down arcade featuring 42 games to choose from, and dual, side by side 55 inch flat screen TV's, and a wet bar equipped with a mini fridge. The washer and dryer can be found in a closet off of the game room. Not enough fun? Then you haven't found the private home movie theater also located on the lower level! The theater room features stadium seating for 14, a Blu-Ray player and surround sound. Come rent a movie from the DVD library located in the office, or watch your favorite show on the big screen...The theater is always a big hit!

This level is where you will find the last of four bedrooms and bathrooms. This suite features two queen size beds and a flat screen TV. The bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom only, features a shower/tub combo.

Last, but certainly not least, is the hot tub which can be accessed from the lower level deck. Head down some stairs to your own private oasis! The hot tub is the perfect place to wind down after a day in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park while you enjoy the mountain serenity!

Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 to October 1. Fire pits are functional year round.

During inclement weather (especially in the winter months), The Resort's roads are maintained by our maintenance staff and should not be a big concern to you and your group. Our roads are not steep and are widely paved.

Our Resort is motorcycle friendly, featuring flat, paved parking spaces suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
