Points forts : Propreté

Nice place, clean & comfortable. Rating it max but two things, heated pool is not truly heated other than being inside and my wife was caught out on the lower balcony when the batteries in the lock failed. I was in the house but she didn’t have a phone signal and no one outside to yell at for help. A text finally came through and I went down (through the pool room, so knocking on door isn’t heard) and let her in after a half hour stuck out there. Batteries on pool room also failed but it was alarming to let you know they were failing, outside door did not alarm. We replaced both sets of batteries so next guest are good to go. Yes, we would stay here again, great place, amenities, and location makes it easy to get everywhere in the area.

#### Amazing place!

We took our children for their summer vacation and everyone loved it. The location was extremely convenient to everything. The best part was seeing the turkeys in the backyard and the bear in the front yard. Amazing! The xabin itself was so awesome plenty of space for everyone.

#### Impressed and disappointed 

The house is in a good location, near all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. The house was very clean and very nicely supplied with all that you need to cook. The process of checking in and out was very simple. I was very impressed with the lay out of the house. The bottom level was very nice with the pool and king bed and bunk beds. We had 3 11 year olds with us and we rarely seen them. They stayed in the bottom level with the pool and hot tub. The disappointment was the house had no yard whatsoever. The big disappointment was we had problems with the A/C pretty much from the beginning of our stay. We had to call maintenance 2-3 times and the last time they said they couldn’t fix it. So it being July and temperatures in the high 80’s and low 90’s it became very uncomfortable quick. Trying to sleep the last night of our stay was very uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for the problems with the A/C unit I would give this property 4-5 stars. No one from the rental agency or the owner has contacted me to make this right. I paid a lot of money for the time we spent there and would expect some sort of compensation for the A/C unit not working 3 days out of the 5 days we were there.

#### Relaxing family stay

A gorgeous house! Everyone loved having their own bedroom privacy on each floor. And the kids were thrilled with the large bunk beds downstairs with LEDs. There were plenty of dishes to use and everything we needed in the kitchen. The blackstone grill made delicious burgers. We spent every day in the hot tub and pool. When there was an issue, the staff answered our call right away and sent out someone quickly to resolve.Check in and Check out was quick and simple.The only negatives were dusty corners/shelving, and the downstairs isn't quite finished (grout chipping around the pool, and the bathroom has missing baseboards and exposed wood glue).We would love to book again!

It was great with all the perks that were listed. Black stone grill was a plus with the gas provided. The road leading to the property was hilly with several curves and no guardrail leading to the property.

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed over Thanksgiving and ended up cooking at the cabin. Everything we needed to cook with was there. So many dishes and lots and pans. Wonderful.

#### Trade Show Accommodations

In town for a 4-day trade show and wanted to stay close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This was a beautiful recent-build cabin that fit all our needs. Great privacy, but literally 2 minutes to the main throughfare and two super-markets. Will definitely stay in this location next year.
