The only exception, or complaint is handicapped accessibility. I chose this unit specifically to bring my 94yo mom. The walk in shower was great, and her walker fit well, but the toilets were not the higher ones, and no grab bars beside to help her up and down. We made it work, but i texted/emailed the host to ask about this before we came, but did not receive an answer. We would definately stay here agai . ##### Debby W.
