Sep 12, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location Sauber und ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Unsere Anfahrt hat sich etwas schwierig gestaltet, trotzdem hat er lange gewartet und sich immer wieder erkundigt - letztendlich die Schlüssel gut auffindbar hinterlegt. Die fehlende Kaffeemaschine wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit nachgeliefert. An die vielen Stufen in der Wohnung mussten wir uns erst gewöhnen. Ansonsten Ruhe total, die Kirchenglocken habe ich nach 2 Tagen nicht mehr gehört, das einzig wirkliche Manko in der Wohnung waren die Stühle auf der Terrasse, sehr unbequem und etwas altersschwach- nicht jene, die auf dem Foto abgebildet sind…. Ach ja ein paar Haken im Bad wären wirklich von Vorteil gewesen. Vielleicht noch ein kleiner Hinweis bzgl. der Beleuchtung, wenn man die Wohnung verlässt; der Bewegungsmelder springt erst an wenn man die letzte Stufe erreicht hat , das war schon etwas gefährlich - aber nun Schluss - alles andere war top. Torre Paponi ist ein wirklich wunderschönes Bergdorf - weitab vom Massentourismus. Nur eines sollte einem klar sein - es fährt ein Bus von dort oben, der ist jedoch auch erst nach ein paar Metern zu Fuß erreichbar, die Straße dort hoch gut befahrbar aber mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Also am besten nur wirklich notwendiges Gepäck, gut zu Fuß sein und einfach genießen. Die Wohnung ist in einem alten Dorf auf einem Berg, ca. 15 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Die Treppen sind sehr steil und die Zimmer auf verschiedenen Ebenen, sodass man auf Kleinkinder sehr acht geben muss. Der Vermieter stellt selber sehr gutes Olivenöl her. Mit sehr viel Kreativität, Können und Liebe zum Detail wurden die alte Bausubstanz in eine tolle Ferienwohnung verwandelt. Neue Elemente wurde perfekt mit historischen Komponenten kombiniert, das Restulat überzeugt architektonisch in jeder Beziehung!Wichtig: am Ort gibt es kein Geschäft, somit vorher einkaufen gehen. Die Umgebung ist perfekt für Wanderungen (Olivenhaine) geeignet, ebenso Mountainbiken. Badeufreunde fahren weniger als 10 MInuten ans Meer. Reisetipps: Im Ort gibt es ein wunderbares, sehr feines Restauren (La Pignatta D'Oro). Achtung, beschränkte Öffnungszeiten. Neben dem Meer sind die Berge erkundeswert. Toll eine Fahrradtour entlang der aufgelassenen alten Bahnstrecke direkt am Meer nach San Remo.Am Freitag war Markt in Ventimiglia, um Stau und Parkplatzsuche zu vermeiden haben wir diesen Ausflug per Bahn unternommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem restaurierten Gebäude. Es wurde bei der Restauration Wert darauf gelegt, so viel möglich original zu erhalten, trotzdem ist die Einrichtung der Küche, Sanitärbereich top.
