BergNah Piding Vacation Rental – Light-Filled with 6 Balconies + Mountain Views

SERVUS and a warm welcome to the "BergNah" vacation rental in Piding! Our house consists of several areas: Our DAHOAM (private apartment) and most of the BergNah vacation rental
are located on the first floor. On the first floor, you’ll find the vacation rental’s separate entrance area as well as one of the two bathrooms, which includes a shower, toilet, and washing machine. There’s also a store selling gardening equipment that offers pickup and delivery services. Our bright, 110-square-meter vacation apartment has 4 rooms, two balconies,
a basement area, and a small garden area. It is the
ideal starting point for your active vacation in the Berchtesgadener
Land., Whether you’re a couple, travelling with the whole family, or a motorcyclist: Experience
spacious living comfort, privacy, and a beautiful mountain view right
on your doorstep. Three private
parking spaces are available right at the property for your cars and motorcycles. We also have storage space on the property for your bicycles.
The spacious and light-filled accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people. It’s perfectly laid out with two separate bedrooms, a living room with a sleeper sofa, and a practical, versatile connecting room. A fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining room offers space for long breakfasts, cozy get-togethers, and game nights. Two bathrooms ensure maximum comfort; the apartment features one bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet, as well as a second bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a washing machine on the first floor, making daily routines stress-free. There is a space for drying laundry in the basement. Enjoy the sun on one of our two balconies with views of the surrounding mountains and take advantage of the barbecue area in our small garden. Our free, fast, and stable Wi-Fi keeps you connected and flexible for all your plans. Since pets are not allowed here, the apartment is ideal for people with allergies. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors in our apartment. You’re welcome to smoke on our balconies or in the garden area—please use the ashtrays.
The vacation rental is perfectly located for your active vacation. Thanks to its central location, you’ll find numerous shopping options, bakeries, a pharmacy, banks, and restaurants within a radius of just 1.5 km. The train station and a bus stop are just a one- to two-minute walk away; with public transportation and the guest card, you can travel to Salzburg and Berchtesgaden for free. You also have the option of using our regional on-demand bus, the “WATZMOBIL,” for a fee. At the same time, the accommodations are ideal for walks, hikes, alpine mountain tours (Pidinger Klettersteig), or bike rides starting right from your front door. It’s also a perfect starting point for a variety of activities and excursions in the triangle formed by the mountains, Lake Chiemsee/Chiemgau, and the Salzburg region. Thanks to excellent transportation connections, you can reach world-famous sights, natural wonders, alpine mountain tours, hikes, idyllic lake landscapes, mountain railways, exciting family adventures, and numerous wellness offerings in no time at all. And of course, our vacation rental is also the ideal base camp for winding and unforgettable motorcycle tours through the Alps.
