"This place was terrible and I do not recommend. We arrived at 6 AM at the property and our room was not ready until 3 PM. Several guests that arrived before 3 PM were given rooms earlier for check in but they seemed annoyed that we kept asking. Terrible service. They told me I had an “upgraded room” ..."
