This place is ideal for people who want privacy-- a couple, family or friends. The villa has been designed to combine the function of a modern home with an easy flow between indoor and outdoor. This villa comes with an outdoor area with a terrace that has direct access to the garden and private swimming pool. It has a total size area of 390 m2 comprising of a fully-equipped kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning, fans, Wifi, Safe, TV + Cable and DVD player. This villa is located in Rawai that offers stunning beaches, international standard restaurants, and it is near Nai Harn beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches of Phuket island. Living space: \- a living room with music & video system, LCD screen TV and worldwide cable TV. \- a fully equipped kitchen- with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchenware,hot-cold water dispenser, etc. \- Two air-conditioed bedrooms with own bathroom, double bed.
