Drop off service was included, I had half day stay there and it was a good stay. Its a cute resort look ike place. Toilet was spaceous with good cleanness. Doorlock in the room seems not very secured though.(just window lock) You have to reach main street to get some food maybe 15mins walking distance. We got into Phuket at almost midnight and the staff and Ruenthai Boutique were absolutely perfect after a long day(s) of travel. We called and were picked up from the airport within 15 min, hotel is less than a 10 min drive from there and service was kind and friendly. The kitchen was closed since it was so late, so our driver even asked if we needed to stop for food. Checkin was quick and easy even though I had made a mistake on my end. Clean and comfortable room - basic, but just right for what we needed. The hotel is a beautiful Thai style and little beautiful touches of home are everywhere.
