The kitchen is open to the dining room where you will find a large dining table to seat up to 9 adults and a smaller table in the kitchen area with enough room for 4 more. There\`s also an outdoor dining area that can seat up to 8 more. You will have hours of fun in the living room watching the super large smart TV, playing games or playing foosball. There\`s even a chalkboard easel for the little artists in your group. The Primary suite has a comfy King size bed, large smart TV and private bathroom. There\`s also a large walk in closet with a pack and play and high chair for the little ones, and iron and ironing board and plenty of hangars. The second bedroom also features a comfy King size bed and smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a tri-bunk with a double on the bottom and a single bed on top and a second bunk bed with a single bottom and single top. This is a great room for the kiddos and has a smart TV. The 4th bedroom features a double bed and a twin bed and also has a smart TV. If you have to work on vacation, there is a desk with a chair and light in the hallway. There is a second bathroom in the hall with a tub/shower combo. Venture outside to the amazing back yard with a sparkling pool with a pool fence. Soak up some sun or relax in the shade under the gazebo or one of the sunbrellas. The pool can be heated for $50/day. Please order pool heat 48 hours in advance. Enjoy the evenings around the firepit under the lights of the gazebo. Room to toss a football, play a game or two of cornhole. There is a BBQ for your outdoor grilling and use. Spacious 4bedroom 2 bath home with a great back yard, patio, pool and BBQ out back. Plenty of room to park with a 2car garage. We are local to Phoenix and the surrounding area. We were both born and raised here in Arizona. Our family business is Cadaci Vacation Rentals. We partner with a third party high technology app called DACK to enhance our guest experience. We are probably a lot like your family. We love to get together to cook and eat, hang out and swim, hike, and travel. Easy access to the the State Farm Cardinal Stadium and Westgate near food, shops, theatres, concerts and sporting events and the Desert Diamond Casino. If you enjoy boating, jet skiing, fishing, swimming or just camping out, Lake Pleasant Lake is just a few miles away. So much to do and see. This is about a 30-45 minute drive from Sky Harbor depending on time of day. Free parking in the 2 car garage and driveway. No trailers or campers please. You can walk to the Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, and fast food, or a quick 1-2 min drive in the car. Must be 25 years or older to rent. Pool heat is $50 per night. We need at least 48 hours notice for pool heat. If the weather drops below 50 degrees at night the heater may struggle to keep up. Two pre-teen boys made good use of the pool, foosball table and the adults loved the outdoor seating area for coffee in the morning or evenings by the firepit. From the pool area complete with grill corn hole we had a blast and the walk to the West Gate area and the stadium was no problem for us.. Naturally we were surprised with all the amenities. The house was spotless,well stocked, very comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable. Love that there were to King rooms and plenty of beds for the younger ones. Pool area was clean and large enough to stretch out. My family had a wonderful time. It is nice that this house sleeps 10, but only 2 bathrooms was a challenge at times. The pool heat was turned on and the pool was nice, the only downside is not a lot of space to layout around the pool. In cooler months the gazebo and firepit is great. I think we used it every night.
