or may be take a dip in the sparkling  
resort style pool. Finish the day under  
the pergola while eating barbecue  
from the built in grill at the patio  
dinning set. You can also start your day  
with a sip of your morning coffee under  
the pergola. Backyard is a Perfect spot  
for your family and friends to make  
memories, enjoy their favorite meals

Watch your favorite sports on the  
outdoor patio smart TV. There is just

You will have access to the whole  
property including the garage. You'll  
have 100% Privacy inside this Home. It  
is a Keyless Entry therefore, we will  
send you the Code on the day of arrival and  
do not need to Meet in person

This house comes with high speed Wi-  
Fi access and central air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms and patio

Pool is heated but optional with an extra charge of $75.00 per day if you choose to have pool heated. Let us know ahead of time if you want pool heated. Pool heats up to 85 degrees, fenced and gated, also has safety lock key on patio door. Use at your own risk. Please do not remove the pool vacuum from the pool and do not tamper with the pool heater. No glass by pool. Thank you for choosing us.

The outdoor area was PERFECT for our group size (6 people). We had space to relax, eat and play cards. There was also plenty of space around the outdoor TV to sit and watch our hometown VB team play. Some were even able to float in the pool and watch!The inside space was just as nice and a perfect fit. The beds were all very comfortable so we could get a good nights rest.

Had a really great time at this house. The pool was very nice along with the basketball hoop. This house had everything. I’ll definitely be back again.
