There is so much to love in this gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bath, single story, open floor plan with soaring vaulted ceilings and arched doorways. Truly a Las Sendas Resort home! Offering the highest standards of accommodation and comfort, this superb vacation home is situated in an immaculate, small gated community in the upscale area of Northeast Mesa in the award-winning Las Sendas Community – voted by the Homebuilders Association and JD Power & Associates as one of the TOP 5 best communities in the USA for three straight years. High quality furnishings, brand new carpet, recently renovated kitchen and baths, with a large, private, newly landscaped backyard await the most discerning guests! Your entertainment and relaxation are our top priority! Kitchen / Dining Area The spacious kitchen has been totally renovated and features new granite counter tops, refinished cabinets, S/S appliances, a large breakfast bar and pantry. It is fully equipped with all new china, cutlery, pots & pans and a variety of small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot) for your convenience. The dining area is situated off the kitchen and features a new dining table with seating for four. The dining area has lovely views of the outdoor. The large windows and oversized patio doors to the private backyard allow ample natural light to permeate throughout the home. Living Room Ample seating for 6 people, the large vaulted room is open to the kitchen and dining area offering a luxurious and cozy environment, including a built-in fireplace, arched doorways and large windows. Features include brand new, top quality leather furnishings and accessories. There is a 55” HD TV mounted on the wall to watch a movie on Netflix or HULU TV. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet is available as well. Master Suite This spacious master bedroom is situated on one wing of the home for added privacy. Overlooking the private backyard is a beautiful bay with oversized patio doors and large windows for the ideal sitting area with a comfy table and two cozy chairs. The master suite offers a new king size bed (exclusive Serta mattress designed by Hilton), dresser, walk-in closet and another 55” HD TV with all the same amenities. The master bathroom has new quartz counter tops, double sinks and a private room for the water closet, shower and garden soaking tub. Two Additional Bedrooms & Bath These two bedrooms are situated in a separate wing at the front of the home with white plantation shutters for ultimate privacy and comfort. Both bedrooms have queen size beds (exclusive Serta mattress designed by Hilton) and have been newly furnished and accessorized and have ample storage. The adjacent bathroom includes a bath / shower combination and single vanity sink. Laundry & Linens A separate room houses new full-size washer and dryer. Our home is supplied with all your linen needs. All bedding and towels are of excellent quality. Pool towels are also included. Private Backyard The beautiful and spacious backyard offers total privacy – the perfect place for relaxation and rest! Furnished with an outdoor patio with dining table / umbrella and 6 matching chairs. Cook up some surf & turf on the built-in grill to serve the outdoor dining area, then relax into the evening around a cozy built-in firepit. Additionally, there is a covered patio area off the back of the home which provides plenty of shade complete with another table and 4 chairs. The backyard is maintenance free and is serviced on a monthly basis by our landscaper. Garage There is a 2-car garage for our guest’s use, with plenty of room to store your vehicles, golf clubs and any additional items you want safely secured. The house was well equipped, clean and very accommodating. Furniture and beds are very comfortable and the two outdoor seating areas were great. Hard to be beat access to the Las Sendas community amenities (pool, pickle ball, walking, exercise facility). The location was fabulous and within minutes to take in the Arizona mountains and desert hiking trails. The owners graciously provided park passes which we took full advantage of using. We just got back from spending two weeks at this home and couldn't have been happier! The owners, Dennis and Ronda, were easy to work with, responsive, and accommodated our every need. The home is absolutely beautiful, and fully furnished with quality furnishings everywhere. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare your meals if you wish to cook....or if you don't with to cook, there are a lot of good restaurants within a few miles of the house. We particularly wanted to mention "The Grill", which is a restaurant on site at Las Sendas. We went there specifically to sit on the deck and enjoy dinner while the sun was setting....an absolutely beautiful and memorable experience for us. Usery Mountain Recreational Area is just a few minutes away by car. We went there every morning, after coffee of course, to hike some the many miles of trails...all of which have beautiful desert views. Then it was on the main pool area for a couple hours of pool and laying in the sun time, and then back to the house for a late breakfast on the back patio. Let me tell you, it's a very nice way to start every day! If you're looking for a beautiful home in Mesa, close to all kinds of activities/shopping with beautiful surroundings, this is a great place to spend some quality time. There were great golf courses close by as well as grocery stores. Due to the pandemic we were not able to eat out, but we had several close friends close by. Loved the pool. Food Truck Fridays at Las Sendas was fun too. Dennis and Rhonda were great to work with. They communicated well. Nicely furnished place too. Feb 22, 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Very nice but some inconveniences The house and neighborhood are very nice and close to shopping, groceries and entertainment. However we did have some inconvenience issues. Apparently the previous tenants took the garage door opener with them so we had none. Try using your garage without an opener for 2 weeks. They don't have cable tv so you have to stream using HULU or something which didn't always work. We spent considerable time messing with this with little success. NETFLIX didn't work at all on the main tv and part of the time in the bedroom. The owner controls the thermostat from their phone so you have to call them anytime you want to change the temperature in the room. They are responsive but it is still a hassle. They advertise free use of tennis and pickleball courts but they don't tell you that you have to purchase a key to get into them. There weren't enough towels for 6 of us so we had to request more (which they got some to us within 24 hours). Even though the owners were easy to contact, we did not feel as though we should be calling them for this many issues. When we go on vacation we expect simple things to be convenient and in proper working order. The owners did apologize and I'm sure they will take care of these items for future tenants.
