Gorgeous & Spacious 6 Bedroom, 3 Bath home in Garden Lakes! Centrally located minutes from Westgate Entertainment District, State Farm Stadium, Camelback Ranch and Desert Diamond Casino. Enjoy shopping and entertainment and come home to our tropical paradise with private pool, Jacuzzi, and many more amenities.
The space
You'll absolutely love the 3,470 sq ft two story home! Upon entering the home, you will be delighted to see the billiards room boasting of a beautiful pool table and smart TV. Next to the billiards room, you will find the large formal dining room in which to dine with your favorite people.
Common spaces include a living room with 65 inch TV and a large reclining sectional. The kitchen is attractive and fully stocked and has an island for preparing and serving delectable cuisine. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite coffee. The breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen is encircled with large windows and offers a great view of the backyard tropical paradise. The home has a large Arizona room in which to enjoy the early morning with your favorite brew or just sit and relax.
Step out and enjoy the private pool and jacuzzi. There is seating for 6 on the patio to enjoy your meal. BBQ on the propane gas grill and enjoy a small fire in the pit during the cooler winter nights. Enjoy a game of water basketball and cornhole. This place is great for entertaining or just having a relaxing time with your loved ones.
On the first floor, the master suite has a king size bed that is very comfortable and you'll have plenty of storage space with the dresser, nightstands and huge walk-in closet. The second, newly remodeled, bedroom has a queen size bed and has a sliding door to give you direct access to the backyard. The bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, work station, chest of drawers and nightstand to store your belongings.
Upstairs 4 bedrooms share a fully renovated bathroom. The largest bedroom has double queen beds and a mini fridge; A bedroom with a queen and twin size beds; A bedroom with super comfortable queen bed and a bedroom with two twin size beds for younger guests. All of these rooms have a smart TV, closet space with hangers and a luggage rack.
There are so many things to do in this area which include shopping at Tanger Outlets, tailgating football games at State Farm Stadium, attending Spring Training baseball at Camelback Ranch, basketball games at Footprint Center, NASCAR racing at Phoenix International Raceway, Top Golf, Desert Diamond Casino and various entertainment and dining venues at Westgate Entertainment District. There is so much to do that your family is sure to have an amazing time!
Guest access You and your family will have access to the entire home except for the garage. Parking is available in the driveway and in front of the house.
Other things to note Home has been updated with the best residential high speed Internet available from COX Communications. Guests can easily stream their personal apps from their phones and TVs.
The minimum age to rent is 25 years.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list. Guest reserving property must be the person checking in.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Phoenix Realty Group reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 15 for this home. Unless Phoenix Realty Group has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of fifteen (15).
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum between 11:00pm and 8:00am.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and backyard.
Trash pickup is scheduled every Monday and Recycling is scheduled every Thursday. We request that you place trash bins out on the curve in front of the house the night before pickup.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
Phoenix Realty Group reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
ALL TVs are Smart TVs for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced.
An additional fee of $100 per day will be charged for heating pool. No fee to heat jacuzzi.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.

This was the perfect location and accommodation for our large group. We came to Arizona for spring training and we couldn't have had a better stay. Martha was a wonderful host and the house was lovely. The backyard was as fantastic as the house itself.

Worst VRBO rental we have ever experienced!
It's unfortunate that VRBO does not let you post pictures of our experience. It would let people know what this property is truly like. Please do not get fooled by the pictures on line.I could write a book about all this issues as well the over 100 texts messages between the owner and myself.We spent almost 3 hours trying to get into the house on our arrival because Martha did not know we were coming and that was only the beginning of the nightmare.Here is a condense list of the main problems....The first night they ending up sending someone over because there were electrical problems all over the house. The Tiki house never had power the whole time we were there so you couldn't use the TV or Fridge. The sun room AC and light and fans also never worked.The roof leaked during a rain storm. We had to place towels down for 2 day as per her request.Our main issue was the FIRE. We were lucky the place did not burn down. Someone had decided that it would be a good idea to take a BBQ and remove it from its stand and inclosed it in a wooden structure in the TIKI house. This included underneath where the grease trap was. The structure caught on fire. We got lucky because someone went outside and saw it and were able to put it out. It had damaged the structure.There is a lot of subpar work that has been done with the electrical and construction in this house. I would never recommend this place to anyone.There are too many safety issues.

We had a family get together and the home was plenty big enough, with everything we needed. Overall, it’s a nice home with a lovely back yard, but there were a few things that need repair or attention. The host was very responsive and we had a great time.

Family Gathering
The space and location of the home were amazing for our family gathering to celebrate my daughter’s wedding. That said, it was a huge disappointment that the pool was filthy and had a green slime in the pool and leaves accumulated at the bottom of the pool. The manager was going to have someone come and clean it but that would have been during our family gathering of when we wanted to use it. My husband used the pool skimmer to clean it the best he could so it appeared cleaner and a couple kiddos jumped in and enjoyed it. The security alarm also woke us up at 5:15am when my son in law left for work. Not sure if it was a glitch in the system or was set remotely by owners, we didn’t use the alarm system during our stay

Perfect location for Spring Training
We stayed at this property over spring break with family and friends. When looking at properties; we were looking for a property between certain ballparks. This property was right in the middle, and great location. We enjoyed the neighborhood, accessibility to ballparks, grocery stores, restaurants and breweries. The backyard was awesome, our teens enjoyed corn hole along with the pool, and the adults enjoyed the bar area and the pool. We felt like we were at home in this property.

Great House
House was awesome! Tiki Hut was a hit but the pool and spa needed attention, pool was green when we got there, paid extra 375 to heat probably used 3 of the 6 days. Owner did get the pool service out for maintenance just too little too late. Also needed to text owner to start spa for every use which was unusual, the spa never got up to temp. The group I golf with the pool and spa are important especially after a day on the links. The grill in the TiKi hut was great but only 1 propane tank? Ran out of propane once had to finish dinner in the house. Owner did get it refilled the next day.
