Perfect for golf getaways, family vacations, or a relaxing AZ escape, this condo offers comfort, convenience and an unbeatable location.

    A. The property is equipped with one public-facing security camera. One Ring camera at the front door of the condo.

    B. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. The maximum occupancy is 8 and renter must seek approval in advance to exceed at any given time.

    C. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

    D. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    E. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.

    F. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy.
