Located in SW Mesa on the Tempe / Chandler / Mesa border. Large patio w/ grill. This property does NOT have a pool. 5 min from US 60 / and AZ Loop 101. 9 min to Downtown Mesa 11 min to Sloan Park (Cubs) 12 min to Hohokam Stadium (A's) 13 min to Downtown Chandler 14 min Tempe Diablo Stadium (Angels) 16 min to Downtown Tempe (MIll Ave) 17 min to Scottsdale Stadium (Giants) 19 min to Downtown Schoostale Uber/Lyft available. Close to many restaurants and entertainment areas. Pets over 10 pounds must be crate trained or supervised while inside the house.
