The three bedroom, two and a half baths plus a casita & office is the perfect floor plan. Conveniently located close to both the city and the hills, there is no shortage of activities and amenities during your stay. The quiet, beautiful neighborhood is located near the trailhead to Black Canyon Trail for hiking, biking, horseback riding, as well as enough golf courses to entertain the most avid golfer, shopping close at Anthem Outlets and Lake Pleasant is just down the road. You will love the beautiful mountain views and desert landscape surrounding this community. This house is three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, with an attached casita that has a bedroom and bathroom. The house and casita sleeps up to 8 guests. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, has a king size bed, night stand, lamp, dresser, remote ceiling fan and a 43" flat screen TV for lounging the day away. The ensuite master bathroom has a double sink vanity, separate water closet, a garden tub and standing shower to wash all your cares away. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, night stand, lamp, remote ceiling fan, dresser, a flat screen TV and large closet. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, night stand, lamp, remote ceiling fan, dresser, flat screen TV and double closets. The second bathroom, with double sink vanity, tub and shower combo is conveniently situated between the second and third bedrooms. There is a half bath available as well for guest use in the home. The attached casita with separate outside entrance features a fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The bedroom includes queen size bed, night stand, lamp, remote ceiling fan, sitting chair, five drawer gentleman's chest and a flat screen TV. Ensuite bathroom has a single sink vanity, tub and shower combo with a small closet. Play a game of pool in the game room located in the center of the home while enjoying a cocktail around a high round pub table with 4 stools. Bask in the view of the beautiful pool and hot tub through the picture windows. There is an office/sitting room which makes this home ideal for a working vacation. Or you can relax in the sitting room where you can read your favorite book or nap the afternoon away. The sitting room includes a sectional sofa with many comfy throw pillows, end table and cocktail table. High speed Wireless internet is included throughout the home, the router is in the sitting room on the end table. The kitchen lies off of the game room and is fully equipped with coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, and a blender for mixing up your morning smoothie or a batch of margaritas to enjoy poolside. The kitchen includes a large double door refrigerator and freezer, 4 burner gas range, oven and broiler, microwave and dishwasher. Prepare your favorite meals using prep space on the large island including granite counter tops throughout the kitchen. Dinnerware, silverware and glasses provide place settings for up to 8 guests. All the cookware, bakeware, and utensils you would have in your own kitchen can be found in your home away from home. Sit down to your delicious meal in the open dining area off the kitchen including a dining table and 8 chairs. A cabinet buffet is in the dining room, inside it you will find placemats for the dining table and board games for friendly competition after dinner. A half wall separates the dining room and the living room. Make yourself and your guests comfortable on the leather sofa, love seat and chair. A coffee table and 2 end tables are situated between the furniture. An 82" flat screen Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV and Dish satellite can broadcast your favorite sports game, movies, or cartoons for the kids. There is also high speed wireless internet provided throughout the home. This is a cozy home, great for spending time with family and friends, catching up on old memories while making new ones. When evening comes, cozy up in the private front patio. Or, you can take a night swim under the stars in the private swimming pool & enjoy the attached hot tub. ABSOLUTELY NO OVERSIZED VEHICLES, RV'S OR TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE DRIVEWAY OR ON THE STREET. Other parking arrangements must be made for oversized vehicles, RV's and trailers. The home is sparking clean, our professional cleaning company routinely cleans and disinfects the home, high touch areas, controls, switches and handles. There is one above the door and above the garage in the front of the house. The home is extremely clean, has a wonderful backyard with pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, outdoor kitchen and more. This was our second stay here which speaks to how much we enjoy it. Barefoot Coats, N.C. The pictures of this property, as great as they look, don't do it justice. This house is a beauty. Decorated lovely with signs of inspiration and happiness throughout. Gives you that welcome home feeling. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the pool table. There is plenty of room to socialize and chill in and out the house. Kim’s house had all of the things we would ever need and then some. The guest book was very informative and answered any lingering questions you may have. Anything that we came across that wasn’t in the book Kim was happy to answer quite speedily. The house was clean and spacious for 6 adults, furnished with comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking & eating meals. House had many basic starter amenities. Enjoyed several games of pool as well as the amazing outdoor space, utilizing the hot tub, pool and firepit/heaters. The pictures shown online are an exact depiction of the home. Set in a nice quiet neighborhood, about 10 minutes from restaurants and shopping. Excellent communication with owners with quick response time. Thanks you Kim & Dennis for sharing your wonderful home. We would definitely look into renting this property again if we get back to the Phoenix area. The house is well equipped and this has one of the nicest yards we’ve ever rented. Dealing with the owners was great. The only downside is you need to drive to everything from the property which is in New River. On the map, it appeared closer to the outlet malls but it is not walkable to my knowledge. Kim & Dennis have a really nice retreat in New River. Very close to so many things to do , Hunting, hiking, trail riding , fishing , swimming to name a few.The pool was perfectly heated even when it was cold out & our family really enjoyed the swimming even at night in the 50’s.. We traveled with our two littles, Grandma and Grandpa, and Auntie and Uncle. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own accommodations. The inside was welcoming and well stocked. The outdoor area was perfect. The pool and spa were heated and though we didn’t use it, the outdoor kitchen was amazing. There were other families that rented VRBOs in the same area and this property was far superior than theirs. We were there for my nieces wedding. The house and property are very well maintained and comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked and made it easy for us to cook together as a family and grill outside. The large number of beach towels and pool toys were a nice bonus as well. We had a small issue with the pool but the owners were extremely responsive and acted as quickly as possible to fix the issue, couldn't have asked for more! I would highly recommend this property for families and larger friend groups. It is a beautiful and roomy home! The pool and spa are amazing. At night, the backyard/pool are all lit ...very pretty! The pool table was fun to use as well! It was very relaxing to hang out in the pool while listening to the water features. Very clean. Great neighborhood for walks/jogs in the morning. It is about 10 minutes from shopping and restaurants. Everything was simply perfect. Loved the location away from the hustle and bustle and the trails close by. The pool and hot tub and outdoor area were amazing.
