Enjoy the amazing Arizona weather in the heated pool (for an additional fee) or hot tub at night!

This amazing house is perfect for all kinds of different travelers. The home features 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 1 full over full bunk bed, office desk, perfect for families or groups of friends. There are 5 brand new smart TVs in the home 1 65 inch and 4 55 inch for your viewing pleasure. All furniture and mattresses are brand new.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to feel right at home preparing your favorite meal. Enjoy your morning coffee by the pool with the Keurig coffee and tea maker.

The backyard is a perfect oasis to take a dip in the pool, enjoy dinner on the patio, bbq dinner, and have one of your favorite drinks at night in the hot tub.

Enjoy the soothing atmosphere with a relaxing soaking bathtub. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine, your stay will be comfortable and convenient. We think our place will help you experience everything Surprise has to offer.

The rental was perfect for our family get together! Everything was as described or better. Great layout with plenty of space. The outdoor area and pool/spa were fabulous! Amazing home!

We cannot say enough about this home, from the moment we drove up, until we sadly drove away, it was the best experience we’ve had with a rental. The location is quiet, and clean, close to restaurants, shopping, golfing, all the activities you could want. And, we enjoyed just hanging out at the house bc it was so perfect, the backyard and pool area were so relaxing, and the view was amazing. The house was immaculately clean, and spacious, so many wonderful little touches, from the hand soaps, to the throw blankets, it was complete luxury, we will definitely be staying again. The owners were so professional, and always quick to respond.We highly recommend staying here when you’re in Surprise

Amazing stay!

Honestly, one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. So many small details from automatic lighting in kitchen, to pool toys/kids toys, to Alexa’s in each room, to comfy beds. Also host was very communicative and helpful with everything. It was perfect for a big group and if we are ever back in the area we will absolutely book again! Highly highly recommend!

Simply Amazing Home - Everything You Need

This home is amazing! We were looking for a house that was close to Sun City, as my siblings and I were in town to visit our mother who is ill. Not the best occasion for a visit, but this house made it a whole lot better. Where do I start, the house is even better than the pictures show - and it’s amazing at that. It was very very very clean. The layout is expansive with a wide open centrally located kitchen & living room. Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need. The island has built in chargers for iPhones/iPads. The master bedroom is huge - beds in every room are beyond comfortable. This house even has a washer & dryer which was much needed as I was coming from a 3 day business trip. Everything in the home is new and updated. What I really liked was that the living room couch is huge and setup perfectly to watch tv/talk with others. They have all streaming networks & channels you’d want - found every football game I was looking for. The backyard is spectacular! The pool is bigger than pictures showed and much deeper - legit swimming pool and hot tub. We used the BBQ and it was awesome! Centrally connected to gas so you don’t have to hassle trying to get it started - nice touch! I simply can’t say enough about how fantastic this place truly is. The neighborhood is surrounded by beautiful homes in a quiet development. The neighbors even said hello and were extremely nice. I’m looking forward to renting this house for future visits with my wife & kids.

Gorgeous cozy stay

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The check-in process was super easy. The house was even prettier than the pictures. The house was super clean. The pool and the Jacuzzi was clean and warm. The backyard was very clean as well and nicely landscaped. Heather and Tom were awesome hosts anything we needed they responded very fast and were kind. Anytime we’re in Arizona this house is our first choice. We will be back thank you Heather and Tom. For the wonderful experience! Can’t say enough about it!

The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities someone would need. Everything was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, the house was very spacious, and overall the house felt like a home away from home. The host was very nice and communication was great.
