Getting Around: Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in the area. Other Things to Note: Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this property. First, we must inform you there are NO parties or events allowed at this property. There are state and city laws that must be respected, as well as our neighbors. Any parties or gatherings of any kind will result in a minimum fine of $2,000, and will be asked to check out with no refund. The home is outfitted with a Minut device (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. This is a tranquil neighborhood that's best suited for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding. The heated pool fee is $125/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you! Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs included. Dog must be crate trained and please clean up after your dog. 🚗 We do not allow more than 4 cars at the house at a time. Please park in our driveway first, and if you have any additional cars, make sure they are parked on our side of the street, in front of only our house. There is one exterior camera are solely to keep track of our cleaning team. GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: \- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. \- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. \- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.
