Step inside this fabulous, warmly updated home by a local designer, and you won't want to leave! Large kitchen opens beautifully to the dining and family rooms, allowing for easy entertaining and family get togethers. Dine outdoors and BBQ and enjoy the large heated swimming pool for family fun! Master retreat provides access to the pool area. Located in a quiet & community of Mesa w/3 community parks. Close to shopping and restaurants. Pets stay for free and also features a working desk area!  
  
We value our guests' privacy while also being available when needed. You're welcome to enjoy the space independently, but if you have questions or need assistance, we're just a message away. \-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.   
\-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.   
\-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.  
\-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.  
\-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)  
  
The pool is heated and set to 85°F (29°C) from November to April at no extra cost. Please note that if outdoor temperatures drop below 40°F (4°C), the water may not reach the full 85°F. The pool is cleaned and serviced weekly for your comfort.

Love this set up of the house. You had towels for everybody. The pool was awesome. My one thing I did not like was if you dripped right by the sliding door. I got real slippery. Almost fell a couple of times.

Nice house with a nice pool. The only thing I would say was not that good was that the floors were not clean. We had to wear shoes around the house because the bottoms of our feet were dirty after five minutes. The rest of the house was spotless.
