Close to Spring Training, Westgate, and golf. Your ultimate Arizona getaway for making lasting memories!

    NOTE: Overnight parking for 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking allowed. The garage is not accessible and used for owners storage. There will also be a few closets that are locked out for supplies and personal belongings.

    NOTE: Security Cameras: 3 exterior cameras (facing out) - 2 in the back yard and 1 in the front. 1 doorbell camera at the front door. The pool is in view of the backyard camera. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion.

This was such a fantastic home! Our stay was amazing, very clean, extremely well stocked and the host was highly responsive! The photos don’t do the beauty of this home and backyard oasis justice, much more beautiful in person! We will definitely plan another stay!

We had a fantastic stay here. The pool and outdoor space was excellent and everyone was comfortable. Directions were easy to follow and Matt and Melody communicated clearly and quickly. Having a pack and play, high chair, and kid friendly dishes was perfect for our family stay. Everyone from grandma and grandpa to the 1 year old had a great time! It is very close to an air base so if you’re there during the week in favorable conditions you will hear a lot of jet activity.

House was immaculate. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Was still a little chilly and wasn’t going to pay an additional 65/day to heat it. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Location was perfect, especially to see the F-35s fly over from Luke AFB!

Week of fun in the sun Iwas great.!!Location very convenient for shopping , baseball games, and restaurants. House was very spacious, comfortable beds and lovely pool area. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a nice home in a quiet area close to many amenities. The host was good to work with. The home felt comfortable for a two-week stay and we would come back.There is an open park area behind the home for added privacy. The floors were not clean upon check in but were cleaned quickly upon request. The operation of the TV was difficult for a couple in their seventies.

It was the BEST VRBO we have stayed at. The home's layout far exceeded what we expected. Large home and bedrooms with a fantastic Master bedroom and large roomy bathroom and huge shower! Huge walkin closet!! Could have slept in it! Any questions we had were promptly addressed. They stocked all the coffee we needed, spices, paper towels, toilet tissue, kleenex, plenty of blankets, towels in abundance. We had a baby with us and they had a very clean and new looking high chair and playpen. The whole house was impecably clean top to bottom and I loved the auto shades in the Great Room!Game room with cards, and our favorite, UNO! Beautiful backyard, super private. If you love an early morning nature get away, this is the backyard for your morning coffee, quiet time! Used the grill for dinner...and loved the pool fountains!! It is the only VRBO that we want to go back to. Many wonderful memories there with our family!

Sun and baseball

It was great to get out of the rain and see the sun and spring training baseball. Home is in a great location, easy driving distance to lots of restaurants and activities. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Fantastic house!

My family - me, my wife, and three teenagers - absolutely loved staying in this house. Exceptionally clean, lots of space, and the pool was amazing! Communication with the owners was great - the house was everything we hoped and more. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Arizona!

Top Notch in Every Way

From the beginning to departure, our stay was amazing. HOSTS…prompt responses, accurate information HOUSE…very well cared for and outfitted with attention to what visitors might need…comfortable and ultra clean…excellent appliances POOL/YARD….had all the pluses and a beautiful pool that kept the kids entertained…very private LOCATION…all you could need just a short drive away….very attractive neighborhood This is a great vacation home…don’t hesitate…and I have stayed at many, many vacation rentals

Beautiful, Large and Well Stocked House in Litchfield Park

We loved staying at this property. The house is very spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. We were very happy with how well-stocked the kitchen was, sometimes VRBOs are barebones but not this house. There are many restaurants within a 5 minute drive. We enjoyed the back of the house, with a nice grill, sitting area and pool with a nicely landscaped surrounding.

Cleanest & Best Supplied Rental Home!

This was the cleanest house of a dozen vrbos we’ve rented in the area! They had everything you might need including an electric pump for pool inflatables, and the location was fantastic with a walking path right next to and behind the home which was so nice! We highly recommend!!

The description is way understated, it’s so welcoming you won’t want to leave. The bed we slept on was so comfortable and had thought of everything. To include plug in and internet connection right by the bed. The family room is so large and again so comfortable with the big screen tv and view of the amazing back yard and pool that reminds you of being in Hawaii. Kitchen with Keurig and everything else you can imagine. Best of all is the owner, who was there whenever you needed him. Ranking only goes to 5 but this home is a 10.

This is the one!

Aloha! What a beautiful home! Our family traveled from Hawaii, Texas and Mesa to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday. There was something for everyone, from pac man (my husband’s favorite childhood game) to scrabble to swimming in a private oasis and a very comfortable home, our stay could not have been better!
