Just five minutes from Glendale Community College and fifteen minutes from State Farm Stadium and Westgate Entertainment District which boasts great restaurant choices that will satisfy just about every taste bud. It’s a great place to hang out with friends and family or for those sports fans visiting for games. If you like to golf it's 20 minutes or less to golf courses and has easy freeway access straight up Northern to anywhere in the valley.

This completely remodeled single story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome is 1536 sq ft with a wonderful layout whether here for business or pleasure. The living room features a large leather sectional sofa and leather recliner perfect for relaxing or catching up on your favorite tv shows on the 70” smart tv with YouTube Live TV. The kitchen is equipped with what you need to stay in and prepare your meals including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, utensils, and cookware. The dining table seats 6 and is just off the kitchen where you can look out the French doors to the private side courtyard with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. Retreat to the master bedroom each night where you can curl up on the King size bed and watch tv on the 43” Smart TV with YouTube Live. The master bedroom also features a dresser and a private bathroom with single sink and tub/shower combo. Guest bedroom #1 has a queen size bed with desk and chair and guest bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, dresser and 43” Smart TV with YouTube TV live. The guest bathroom features a single sink with tub/shower combo. There is also a laundry area inside the townhome with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

The property served us well with plenty of room for everyone. The number of rooms and bathrooms was perfect, as well as the price. The kitchen and grill were great so we did not have to dine out every day with stores nearby for food and groceries. We were very comfortable which allowed us to enjoy our golf getaway.

We had a pleasant stay with our family of 5 adults. Comfortable large sectional, large dining table for meals & games, enclosed patio, and a fairly quiet neighborhood.Plenty of space for us all and being a short driving distance to State Farm Stadium made it ideal. The property manager was quick with a response.

1) Try eight nights of sleep in bad (soft) beds. Had trouble with rolling over, nearly impossible. 2) Owner had a plug-in air freshener operating, 24 hours of febreeze. 3) The carpets were stained. Smelled “dog” used carpets. 4)Living room with huge uncomfortable couch. 5) TV cable, Pluto, I think, no major live networks for baseball, basketball, hockey or shows. Password required for any premium channels, passwords were not given nor did Alexi assist.6) Washing laundry required departure to avoid the noise. Sliding door to shut the laundry did not work. 7) The furnace, when heat was needed, made more noise than heat. That is enough to ruin a stay. We will not lease any property from this company again.

This condo is lovely, spacious and has three dedicated parking spots just a few steps away rom the door. There is a lovely patio which we would've enjoyed had the weather been better. Highly recommend the restaurant Haus Murphy less than 2 miles away--amazing and authentic German food. The only disappointment with the condo is that there was no coffee. Great Keurig coffee maker but no pods.

Short weekend stay for the game. Very very nice condo in decent residential neighborhood. Excellent design and functionality. Very clean spacious. Close to DT Glendale. Plenty of restaurants clubs malls and casinos!

Place was clean. I found damage during the initial check in walk through but I sent a few emails and they had someone come out and fix it within just a few hours. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was a nice addition.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this property. The condo is in a quiet residential area. We were in Phoenix for the Fiesta Bowl and the location was fairly handy to the stadium and also many restaurants and other attractions. The living area is very large and we absolutely loved the huge sectional couch and large TV. It was perfect for watching sports and movies. The kitchen is very well equipped with nice appliances. The bedrooms are somewhat smallish but the beds were very comfortable. The property manager was very responsive to questions and an electrical issue was resolved quickly. We were sad not to have nice enough weather to enjoy the patio, but it is large and nicely furnished. We had a great time!

Interior was very clean, comfortable beds, and a nice patio with comfortable furniture. The location served our needs as we were regularly commuting to/from the Entertainment District, Midtown, and Downtown Phoenix.. We also appreciated the motion activated exterior lighting as we came back after dark during our stay. The outdoor grill functioned well and was clean. The kitchen was well appointed for most cooking needs. This property met our needs and would not have any reservations about staying here again.

The house itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was centrally located to Arizona Christian University and Westgate! The only negative which did not impact our stay was two stray cats lived on under the tree at tye main entrance of the home. Additionally, residents who reside in neighboring homes don't clean up after their dogs so it makes the outside of the property unappealing. The patio was comfortable, however, the ceiling fan would not turn on. Great water pressure for showering, clean, bug free, and comfortable. I would rent this property again.

This property met all of our needs and then some. It has been recently redone so everything is newish. There was thought put into things so that we were very comfortable. The neighborhood was not quite what we expected but it was quiet and the few people we saw were friendly. It was fun exploring Glendale as it is an area of Phoenix we were unfamiliar with. There are some very good small family owned restaurants in old town Glendale which we enjoyed. The rental is not too far off I17 so even though some things we wanted to do were a distance away, it was not difficult to get to them. I would definitely stay again...and we loved the lemon tree!
