Find your sun-kissed rhythm at Terra Aura, a boho hideaway in Tempe where slow mornings become poolside afternoons. Stretch out on a lounger, share dinner beneath the covered patio, and end the evening with a soothing spa soak or conversation beside the fire table. Inside, two living rooms give everyone room to unwind, while four bedrooms with TVs, two king beds, and two queen beds welcome eight. A private bedroom workspace and in-home laundry make it easy to settle in and savor a little longer.

The Space
Welcome to Terra Aura, a four-bedroom, two-bathroom Tempe retreat with room for eight registered guests. Warm boho interiors, two living spaces, and a private backyard create an inviting setting for time together.

Private Pool, Spa & Backyard
Stretch out on one of four sun loungers beside your private pool, or enjoy a soothing soak in the raised spa with complimentary heating. A palm-lined backdrop and a friendly game of cornhole make it easy to settle into the afternoon.

As the sun softens, prepare dinner on the propane BBQ and gather at the covered outdoor table, which seats eight. Finish the evening on the outdoor sectional beside the glow of the propane fire table. Pool towels are provided. No diving is permitted, and children should always be closely supervised around the water.

Living Areas
The first living room connects naturally with the open kitchen, keeping breakfast conversation close. A second living room offers another inviting place to watch TV, relax, or enjoy a little quiet time. Gather together or spread out for a while—the choice is yours.

Kitchen & Dining
Bright cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a generous island make the kitchen a welcoming place to begin the day. Four island seats invite breakfast or conversation with the cook, while the indoor dining table seats eight. A coffee maker and cooking essentials are provided for meals at home.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Every bedroom has its own TV:
• Primary Bedroom: King bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and tiled shower.
• Bedroom Two: King bed and a private workspace with desk and chair.
• Bedroom Three: Queen bed.
• Bedroom Four: Queen bed.
The hallway bathroom includes a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. Shower soaps are provided. The home accommodates up to eight registered guests.

Work & Everyday Comforts
Wi-Fi and the workspace in the second king bedroom offer a comfortable place to check in before returning to pool time. A private laundry room with a washer and dryer makes longer visits easier. Heating and air conditioning help keep your stay comfortable, and a Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair are provided for families.

From the care we put into preparing your home to the support we offer throughout your visit, every detail is guided by one goal: helping you feel beautifully taken care of.

Important Check-in/Check-out Note
We take approximately 5–6 hours between reservations to thoughtfully clean and prepare Terra Aura for your arrival. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Thank you for giving our team the time to make everything welcoming for your stay.

Pets
A getaway is even better with your furry companion along. We’re happy to welcome one pet per stay. Please include your pet in the reservation so the applicable pet fee can be added. If a pet arrives without being included, we’ll request the required fee.

Guests
Help us prepare for everyone joining you by including all overnight guests in your reservation. This keeps your guest count and pricing accurate. If your plans change and additional guests will be joining, simply let us know so we can update the reservation and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. All guests must be registered, and the home accommodates up to 8 guests in total.

Pool & Spa Heating
A warm soak in the spa is yours to enjoy, with complimentary heating throughout your stay. The pool can be heated to temperatures between 80°F and 92°F for an additional fee. Pricing may vary; please ask your host for pricing details before your stay. We’ll confirm the cost with you before arranging the service.

Additional Cleaning Services
Would you enjoy a refresh during your stay? Additional cleaning services are available for an added fee. Simply message our team for pricing and scheduling—we’ll be happy to help arrange the service.

For Families
To make traveling with little ones a little easier, we provide a Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair. Please bring any additional childcare essentials your family needs. Children should always be closely supervised around pools and hot tubs.

Security Policy
For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras monitor the exterior of the home only. To help maintain a peaceful setting for everyone, parties, unauthorized events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. If these rules are violated or a safety concern arises, on-site security may be dispatched, and the reservation will be terminated, requiring all guests to vacate the property without refund.

Cleaning, Maintenance & Property Access
To keep your stay comfortable and our home beautifully maintained, our team and approved service providers may access the property for pool care, landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum.

Discrepancies
Your comfort matters to us. If anything about the home’s cleanliness or amenities needs attention when you arrive, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help promptly. Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities, including the pool and spa, may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.

Heating and Cooling
Please make yourself comfortable by adjusting the thermostat during your stay. Our heating and cooling systems have preset operating limits to help protect the equipment and keep it running reliably.
