We are local to Phoenix and the surrounding area. We were both born and raised here in Arizona. Our family business is Cadaci Vacation Rentals. We are probably a lot like your family. We love to get together to cook and eat, hang out and swim, hike, and travel. We love to take our dogs with us whenever possible whether it’s for a hike or a vacation. We made use of all the amenities the place had to offer like the pool, basketball court, putting green, ping pong table and the outdoor dining area. The layout is great when different people want to do different things. The noise from a hot ping pong game doesn’t interfere with watching tv in the family room. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are great and pillows are quality. Bathrooms stocked w soap, shampoo, conditioner AND toilet paper. I brought my own since most other places leave 1 roll. There were also extra paper towels. Not a huge deal but indicative of owners who want to provide all the small conveniences and very much appreciated. The backyard is amazing. Gorgeous pool and lots of play room. The neighborhood feels safe and secure. I’ve never felt at home like we did in this place. The downstairs bedroom is nice and quiet as sound doesn’t travel from the upstairs. All in all, this could be the place we’ve rented. One last thing, it’s about a 10 minute or less drive to Spring Training and plenty of places very close for groceries, gas, dining out, etc. Our group ranged from 2-70 and not 1 complaint about anything. ##### Helen L.
