🔐 Security Deposit / Damage Protection Requirement

A security deposit or damage protection option is required and will be handled separately after booking.

After your reservation is confirmed, guests must select one of the following options through our Guest App:

✔ $450 refundable security deposit or ✔ $45 non-refundable damage waiver

The $45 Damage Protection Program covers accidental damages up to $450.



Please note that this coverage does not include certain items or situations, including:

• Smoke remediation cleaning

• Lost keys, fobs, parking tags, or garage openers

• Replacement fees for lost access items ($200 per lost item)



✅ Guest Verification Requirement

For security and property compliance purposes, guest verification is required before arrival.

Guests may be asked to:

✔ Provide a valid government-issued photo ID

✔ Confirm contact information

✔ Complete an online verification process

✔ Complete a criminal background check in certain situations when required by the property manager or owner

Verification details are collected solely for screening and security purposes and are not stored or used for unrelated purposes.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before check-in.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:

✔ A valid government-issued ID is required before arrival

✔ Additional screening may be required when applicable

✔ Check-in instructions may only be released after successful verification

✔ Verification information must be completed within 24 hours of booking

✔ Same-day reservations must complete verification within 1 hour

Reservations that do not satisfy verification requirements may be canceled.



🏢 Building Amenity Disclosure

Please note that all community amenities are operated and maintained by the building management team. Amenities such as pools, fitness areas, common spaces, and other shared facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

While we do our best to ensure advertised amenities are available, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to building-managed facilities.

If an issue occurs with a community amenity, please contact us so we can report it to the appropriate management team. However, we are unable to control repair schedules, maintenance timelines, or management decisions regarding these facilities.



🔧 Unit Access Disclosure

On rare occasions, authorized maintenance personnel may need access to the apartment during your stay to complete essential repairs, inspections, or maintenance tasks.

We kindly ask for your cooperation if access is required. Maintenance scheduling is managed externally and may be outside of our control.

If access is denied and a return visit must be scheduled, a $100 fee may apply to cover rescheduling costs.

By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept that we are not responsible for issues involving building-controlled amenities or maintenance scheduling.
