Our home was designed with travelers in mind! Families or groups will love the grass park located across the street in our quiet community. Open kitchen with built in microwave and granite countertops, including large table and island with seating for everyone. Once you've explored all that Arizona offers, come back & sunbathe by the pool(non heated)and grill or sit by the propane fire pit. Huge closet with iron + ironing board for your use. • Fans and heaters are provided for you. Pool: • We have a brand-new pool installed the summer of 2020\. Please do not shut off any pumps or pool vacuums. Pool toys are to be removed from the pool or the pool cleaner will not keep the pool clean. • The pool has a 24-hour floor scrubber always cleaning the pool DO NOT DISCONNECT BLUE HOSE or remove floor scrubber from the pool. Pool toys are in the shed that you may use. Please pick up pool toys once finished and place neatly in the shed. • I have installed a pool fence; this is for the safety of your kids and guests. Please always watch your kids when they are swimming, no running by the pool, no food or drinks inside the pool. • Pool toys must be returned to the shed each night and not left floating inside the pool. This was our second time staying as a family while visiting a college student at ASU. It is wonderful and makes for a great visit.It’s well cared for and clean. Very well appointed, everything you could need and lots of little extras (Kleenex, coffee, sound machines, Lysol wipes, throw blankets, games etc to name a few) that many places I’ve stayed don’t have- but minimalist in a way that makes it easy to move in, make it home for a few days, and clear back out with ease. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The pool is super inviting. The kitchen has everything you need. And the location is close to grocery stores and restraints for any quick needs. Also makes for a pretty easy drive to lots of nice little areas. (Tempe/ASU, Historic Downtown Chandler, Downtown Gilbert and Old Town Scottsdale were all places we easily visited for ice cream, dinner or shopping in our three days!)Host is also helpful and quick to respond.Thanks again! ##### Amanda A. Great house in Mesa! We were in town for a wedding and this house had everything we needed for our family stay. The house was really easy to get to and checking in and out was super smooth. The house was immaculately clean and had everything you could need. Nice touches with extra fans and sound machines. Our kids loved the pool, lots of great floats and toys available for use! Austin was exceptionally responsive when I had questions, and worked hard to work with me on a few "tweaks" in our needs. For long term stays (a week or more?) you will be living out of your suitcase since there are no dressers - just a heads up. The vent over the kitchen table is a straight shot connection to the master bedroom, so sound travels unmuffled through that vent (feels like a design flaw in the house). The beds are comfy and it is a very convenient location. Park right across the street is very nice for anyone travelling with children who need to get out and run around a bit. ##### Dave B. We had a short but wonderful stay at this property and look forward to returning again! The pool was glorious, the home was spacious and very well cared for. Everything seemed well thought out. Having four bedrooms was amazing and the beds were super comfortable. We were actually visiting to get a college student settled in- we ate out, went to campus many times and ran endless errands. I think in our two days we were in Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert & Chandler and all were quick and easy drives. Communication w host was also excellent. ##### Amanda A. I stayed at Austin and Addie's place with a couple of friends for a few nights and it was a great location. The house is quiet but fairly close to everything. The house itself is absolutely beautiful. Everything is new and so clean and fresh. Everything, from the towels to the sheets, is so luxurious that you'll feel like you're staying at a five-star hotel. The beds are so comfy that my boyfriend and I actually went home and ordered the same mattress and pillows for our house! The outdoor area is so relaxing and definitely spacious enough for larger groups. We will definitely be back to stay here on future trips and I would encourage you to stay as well! Lastly, I was in touch with Addie before and throughout our stay and she was great. She responded quickly to any questions I had. I loved that she reached out before check-in/out with the instructions for each. Her clear and quick communication made the stay so easy.
