The pontoon boat was great as well as the other games e.g. pool table and Pac Man video console. The location was perfect as it was close to the ballparks. The home had all the amenities we could ask for. The view was gorgeous! We enjoyed the pool and our boys loved fishing each day. It was the perfect house with the private heated (86 degrees) pool and hot tub and pontoon boat. We spent several hours each day relaxing on the patio and swimming. The boat rides in the evenings were an awesome way to watch the sun set! We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen with all the spices and condiments available, as well as pool towels and sunscreen for us to use. The hiking trails were a short drive away. The boat, the view, the bird-watching, the outdoor living area with TV and fire features for heat, the pool and hot tub - these are all the "extras" we enjoy every time!
