We loved the property! It was beautiful and very clean and comfortable! Everything was just like the pictures and the descriptions. The pool was so wonderful and all of the beds were comfortable! We stayed here for my son’s GCU graduation and there was plenty of room for my husband, my in laws, my parents and I. We really enjoyed swimming and sitting on the back porch. The neighborhood was safe and nice- only 15 minutes from GCU and very close to good restaurants and grocery stores. We had everything we needed and definitely hope to rent the house again when we come back to Phoenix!

If you’re accustomed to a no-shoes household, this may not be the best fit. Upon arrival, we removed our shoes as we normally would when entering a home, but within minutes noticed our socks becoming sticky and visibly dirty, suggesting the floors had not been properly cleaned.There were also several discrepancies between the listing and the actual experience. The illuminated “Z” in “Arizona,” shown in the photos, was not functioning during our stay, and the patio lighting was significantly dimmer than expected. Additionally, the outdoor TV is difficult to use during the day due to glare, so it may not be as usable as advertised.Another drawback is that the interior of the home is quite dark. The windows appear to be heavily tinted, which may help with energy efficiency, but it noticeably reduces natural light throughout the space.We were also later accused of taking a shower head and damaging a chair—both of which we categorically deny. These claims were unexpected and concerning. If you choose to stay here, it may be wise to consider purchasing damage insurance as a precaution.That said, the property itself was quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the sound of birds in the morning, and we were able to comfortably spend time there with our two toddlers and 6-week-old newborn. It was a bold choice traveling with such a young baby, but overall, it felt worth it.

We were unable to use the pool. It was green. The property manager shares that her pool service would look at it but we were only there for 2 days. We were definitely disappointed as the pool was the reason we booked the property and we also paid extra for the pool to be heated.

The house was amazing. The kitchen had a lot of the condiments that I usually have to purchase and only use a portion of. The house was comfortable and homey. Probably the best I can say for it is my wife was happy and gave it 2 thumbs up. The video games were fun. My son and his friend (both young adults) were entertained playing them. It was an easy Lyft ride to State Farm field and an easy walk back in under an hour. Everything about the house was perfect and definitely enhanced the trip to watch the Packers play the Cardinals.

A Spring Training Oasis!

We had a wonderful stay at Amie's oasis in Glendale. We were in AZ for Spring Training. Amie has thought of everything you could possibly want or need and stocked her home with it. It is truly an oasis.We loved the pool and backyard and the game room was a hit!

Perfect Spot to stay for Spring Training

The host was accommodating, easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. The house is stocked with everything you need. It was amazing and so easy to cook a meal as you didn't need to worry about the little things like oil or spices. It's the little things that you don't find everywhere, with notes on how to work appliances, where to find things, and the extra amenities. There are so many games to play, we especially like the Foosball table!
