DUE TO REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CITY OF PEORIA AND STATE OF ARIZONA, THE GUEST AGREEMENT MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING TO FINIALIZE THE RESERVATION. Your reservation may be cancelled for non-compliance if not received as in this timeframe.

This Peoria home has a large private pool, updated Sept 2025 with mini Pebble Tec and Rubber Stone decking. The 3 upstairs bedrooms have queen size beds. The loft has queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. The convenient 1st floor Bedroom has a king size bed with an additional queen sofa sleeper. There is a Pack n Play that will fit any bedroom.

The game room has a foosball table, electronic dart board and pub table. The dining room table easily seats 8 with additional folding chairs in the garage. There is a high chair for a little one.

The roomy kitchen is equipped with a double oven, lots of counter space with a breakfast bar for 3 and seating for 6 at the table with a view of the pool. With adjacent family room and the pool just outside the door, this is bound to be the gathering place.

By the recently updated pool you can enjoy sunning on the loungers or playing in the heated pool November-March. If the sun is too much, you can retreat to the shade of the canopy or under the 23 foot patio area with roll down sun shades, a slate table and chairs for 6. Additional chairs are in the shed along with pool toys, coolers, loungers and life jackets from infant to 90 pounds. A gas grill and cooler keep the fun by the pool.

On the occasional cool or rainy day, there are DVD's and games for all ages along with a few toys in the loft area.

There is parking in the garage for 2 vehicles and 3 on the driveway.

The Peoria Sports Complex is located minutes from our home. During Spring Training the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres utilize this facility as their home field. The Sports Complex is located in the P83 Entertainment district of Peoria and is home to many restaurants with the Arrowhead Mall just around the corner on Bell.

Located near the 101 loop, this is an ideal location if your vacation involves golfing, events at State Farm Stadium, sporting events, Desert Diamond Casino or hiking; most within 10 minutes. In 3 hours or less you could take a day trip to Tucson, Yuma, Sedona or Flagstaff. The Grand Canyon is just over a 3 hour drive.

This house was unusually clean. It was also well appointed with entertainment opportunities, so in the mornings and evenings there was lots of ways to have fun with our adult kids and teen and toddler grandkids; everyone had fun. The pool was well kept and supplied with lots of fun accessories, and the area was designed safely for the littles. The kitchen was also well appointed for easy use. Check in was super easy even though I had never rented a place like this. Everything in the house was clearly labeled for ease of use and there was a check out list to make it easy to meet expectations before departure. Although we were careful to be respectful of the neighbors and comply with neighborhood covenants regarding noise, the one disappointment with this rental was the neighbor's dog barking every morning at 5am. Otherwise a great experience and everyone had a great time.

Perfect location for visiting family

The home was wonderful and Joan was very responsive to questions and provided all information needed for smooth checkin. My son and I enjoyed the pool every day. This home is very spacious and nicely appointed. It had.everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Best of all it was a short drive to family we were visiting and has great access to freeways and tons of local shopping and dining options.

We were really impressed with the communication with the owner (Joan) and the location was fabulous. Easy access to the 101 loop. We loved that there were 4 bedrooms and the bathrooms had toilet amenities. The outdoor space was perfect and the pool was nice and refreshing. We used the outdoor grill for grilling burgers. Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home! Exactly as described. Well appointed with everything you need and clean. Perfect for 2 families with a wide range of ages!! Kitchen, towels, extra pillows, pool toys! Has it all. The pool was so warm and perfect for the 115 degree weather. House stayed nice and cool. Only critiques - Upstairs TVs need Roku or something as the cable or DirecTV was terrible. And all the programs seemed to be really really old reruns? Lol Front door code was tricky for us for some reason but owner always very prompt which is more than I could ever expect. I'm sure it was our error. Owner was very accommodating! Beautiful relaxing 4 night vacation! Wish it had been for a month!
