Spring Training with friends

This place worked out well being centrally located to all the ballparks. Beds were comfortable, backyard was nice and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great stay in Sun City

Wonderful home for our group of 2 couples and a single. Enjoyed the view of the golf course from the patio, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Look forward to staying here again next year!

Fabulous Christmas Celebration

Our family has stayed at this house several times. It's the perfect house for a family or a couple. Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and it's a pleasure to sit on the patio.

Nice spot with all amenities

Place was great, clean and comfortable. Larger than appeared in photos and lots kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked. Coffee grinder and coffee beans for morning was a nice touch. Would stay here again

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay here. This house was super close to where my parents live in Sun City. The house is super clean and well stocked with every kitchen utensil you could possibly need. It’s also well stocked with towels. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great value

The house lived up to its listing. It was very clean and had good living spaces. It felt like the kind of family home we wanted to stay in. The kitchen was fitted out very well and the laundry facilities were substantial. It was nice to look out onto the golf course as well.

We Felt Like we Were Home

Our family stays at this house whenever we visit my Mom who lives in Memory Care. The moment we open the front door we all feel like we're home. The house is comfortable and well stocked. We highly recommend it!

House was clean and well maintained No garage. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. TV had limited access or so it seemed ( might have been the operator). Check out was a bit confusing. The book said strip linens place on floor. vRBo instructions were the opposite. Overall a good place

Nicely Updated Sun City Golf Course Home

Nothing like enjoying a golf course view from a nicely furnished patio with shade when you need it. The spacious kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen ware and coffee beans. Plenty of space in the 3 bedroom home with comfortable furniture and beds.

Quiet Neighborhood

A week in Sun City with family. Older house but remodeled. It backs up to a golf course but it is in a very quiet area. Pretty good access, easy to get to the 101.

Love this House!

My mother lives in a memory care facility nearby. Our family has stayed at this home several times. It's comfortable and has everything we need to make it feel like home to my mother and our family. We'll be back!

Stopover solution

The home was a wonderful surprise. We only needed temporary accommodation for 3 days until our long term rental became available. We liked this home so much we wished it was where we were staying for the 2 months that we are here!

Nice home

This home is nicely updated in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room for two couples. We did not actually cook, but the kitchen seemed to be well equipped. The patio is very nice, with plenty of seating. The golfers in the group enjoyed watching the golfers on the course in the back yard.

I love staying at this house

This is my 4th stay at this wonderful house. It's very convenient to everything, but most especially it's less than a mile away from where my Mother lives (in a retirement community). We enjoyed sitting on the patio with our coffee in the mornings watching the rabbits play and the golfers along with listening to the birds. The house is comfortable and well stocked. The owner responds quickly to our requests. Great place to stay. Our family is staying again in November.

Beautiful updated home with great patio overlooking golf course

This house was fantastic for a late winter stay in Arizona in February 2025. It's very updated with a wonderful, spacious kitchen with high end kitchen appliances. The back patio is spacious with multiple different tables and sitting areas that overlook a golf course. Also has 3 large bedrooms and just overall a great place. I visited the home for Catcus League baseball and the home is a very short, non highway drive to multiple stadiums in the Catcus league in Peoria, Surprise, etc.

Very nice property.

This house was very comfortable and roomy. Layout of the floor plan was amazing. Only thing was couldn't get the Family/Living Room AC to work. This was the hottest room in the house and where the main TV was located. Having the celling fan on helped.

Nice home

We enjoyed our stay with one exception. There is a step down to the living room, which has a sign, but poorly placed.I was looking for the lights when we first arrived and didn't see the step. Fell and rolled/sprained my ankle.Otherwise, it's a nice location in Sun City West and near our relatives.

Fantastic home

Beautiful home, very comfortable and well stocked with all amenities. We are pour over coffee drinkers so we went and purchased a water kettle and left it at the house for the next renters. We loved the place and were there for the Texas Rangers spring training games. The drive to most stadiums was between 15-20 minutes. Great location. Beautiful sunsets and very comfortable. The 3rd bedroom is actually a room with french doors but it has drapes you can pull closed for privacy. Would absolutely stay here again. Very clean and has a full size washer and dryer. Great Place to Stay

Six of us older family members from three different states met for a mini reunion. The B&B was just as advertised and the photos displayed. We shared a great long weekend and were in need of nothing at the house. Would definitely do it again.
