This second floor unit has been recently remodeled top to bottom and is clean and comfortable. The bedroom has a queen bed with new dressers and plenty of storage space in the walk-in closet. It also has a flat screen TV with cable channels and direct access to the private outdoor balcony. The living room feels very open, with it's vaulted ceiling and view of the balcony through the sliding glass door. The couch will also double as a queen sized pull out for additional overnight guests. The living room has a proportionately sized flat screen TV which is also easily viewed from the 5 seat high top breakfast room / dining area with matching buffet and wine rack. I did have to go to Panera a couple of times for meetings to get a strong signal. Communication with property manager and owner was excellent. They are quick and responsive. The condo had everything we needed for the month's stay. It was close to grocery stores (Walmart, Fry's, Albertson's), gas stations, restaurants. It was also close to the freeway so easy access to wherever we wanted to go. There were days we were at the condo so we joined the happy hour group by the pool from 3:00 to 5:00\. Everyone was so friendly. There were days that were cool, so if it was too cold by the pool, we would have our beverages at another person's condo. I would highly recommend.
