Great location with Highway access less than 2-miles away, it's close to everything in the east Phoenix valley! Whether you’re here for Spring Training, to catch an event in Scottsdale, to escape the snow or to visit family, you’ve got everything you need here to relax and make yourself at home. Hospitality is at the heart of our home and cleanliness is our top priority. Sit back, relax and enjoy your stay at this single-story 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1800+ sq ft. house in northwest Mesa. Gather together with your favorite people in either of the 2 living areas. Leather couches and ample seating for all in the main living room with large TV where you can enjoy a Netflix movie together. Open-concept spaces where the living room joins the dining area and flows into the kitchen so everyone can be part of the gathering. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals including a double oven. Small appliances provided include toaster, blender, slow cooker, waffle iron, and more. A word about coffee… “Coffee is the lifeblood that fuels the dreams of champions!” A selection of coffee and teas is provided for our guests because we believe it’s essential! The large master suite is the perfect sanctuary to retreat into when it's time to relax. King bed, blackout curtains, large personal TV and private en suite bathroom are all part of the package. The master bathroom has dual sinks, fully tiled walk-in shower, separate water closet and large walk-in closet. Amenities provided include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, TP, fluffy towels, cotton balls, Q-Tips, makeup towels, and more, ensuring our guests have everything they need to feel right at home. Down the hall is the second bedroom complete with a huge antique Queen bed. Across the hall is the dedicated office which can double as a bedroom with a full-size fold out futon (it’s actually quite comfortable!.) At the end of the hall is the last bedroom with a Queen bed along with a crib for families with little ones. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo for maximum flexibility and all of the same amenities as the master bathroom. Come out back and have some fun playing in the pool (or relaxing poolside is good too!) This is a diving pool complete with diving board at the deep end (9-feet deep,) or sit on the steps at the shallow end and enjoy the therapeutic jets to melt the stress away! The pool is cooled during the extreme hot summer months. The pool does not have a heated option during the winter. Color-changing flood lights can light up the entire pool for a fun experience for night swimming! Enjoy listening to your favorite playlist with Bluetooth speakers out by the pool. Lots of outdoor living spaces include outdoor dining table, pool-side lounge chairs, new large propane grill, and a variety of citrus trees. Guests are welcome to help themselves to any of the fruit. Orange trees in the yard were an added bonus, fresh squeezed OJ in the am with our coffee was delightful. Beds very comfortable, kitchen is nice and there is a very comfortable living room. Laura was wonderful to work with, always responded quickly to questions and requests. Access to the property was very easy. We are so glad we found this property. The surprises were oranges and lemons for eating and lemonade and a definite plus was limitless coffee! We like the location . . easy off 202 and fairly close to the Mesa/Phoenix airport. The two lounge chairs in the pool portion of yard are fantastic. We couldn't play cards outside as the table was too large but utilized the dining table inside. Liked the available spices, plenty of towels and the washer/dryer were easy to use. Wish there was a railing installed at pool steps for access. We've previously stayed in Fountain Hills and North Scottsdale and this property compared very favorably. This mesa home was clean, comfortable, in a great neighborhood and was the perfect location to to access highways that would take us in any direction to do the many activities available that we were interested in. The stocked coffee station was a treat every morning, the master bed firm, but comfortable and although it was too cold to swim, the pool was crystal clear and inviting. Only two of us stayed on this visit but I wouldn't hesitate to bring our daughter's family of 4 as it could easily accommodate all of us comfortably. I highly recommend! ##### Nancy K. We also had an unfair advantage choosing this property as we lived in this area of Mesa for the majority of our lives and it's the only area our kids knew until we relocated for work. The neighborhood is quiet, close to freeways, golf courses and shopping. The accommodations were good for us. And the management company was very responsive. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, like worthy of booking this property specifically for that! We also enjoyed the little extras; complimentary items for things left behind (hair spray, tooth paste/brushes, etc.), hair tools in the bathroom, makeup wipes, the list goes on!. We will be visiting the Mesa/Gilbert area several times a year in the future and this will always be a property we check for availability. ##### Garcia H. The over all cleanliness was good. Only one exception was the outside cooler on wheels. The cooler had dirty water that had not been drained. A quick rinse and wash took care of the issue. The pool was very clean and maintained. The master suit was large and comfortable. So to was the master bathroom and open walk-in closet. The host was accommodating in allowing us to host our future daughters-in-laws family over for a meet and greet. Being able to dog sit our Son's dog was a huge plus. The whole experience was great. We would be sure to stay here again if ever in Mesa Arizona again. ##### R L. The home is lovely and very well stocked. There was a high chair, crib and bedding and stroller for the one year old. It was an easy drive to Salt River Field for a couple of baseball games. The host communication was proactive and really helpful. The instruction book had lots of useful information and made it easy to use amenities such as the fire pit. It was too cool to swim, but the pool is really nice. We enjoyed turning on the pool lights when relaxing in the backyard in the evening. We spent a day at Boyce Thompson Arboretum which I highly recommend. We used the provided cooler for a picnic lunch. It was the most fully stocked property I've rented which was really helpful.
