You will feel right at home the moment you step in side. This home is pet friendly and is an ideal accommodation choice for a family or a group of close friends looking for the ultimate experience. The large backyard boasts a beautiful heated pool (Heated October 1st through May 31st) There is a $60.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through April 30th. Pool will not be heated any other month. \*Traveling with a dog? No problem. This home allows dogs. If you are traveling with your dog let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $250 + tax non refundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the home. \*The HOA requires additional information when occupying the home. Walk into the beautiful large entrance with a atrium which is located in the middle of the home. What surrounds this atrium is a Pool table, kitchen, formal dining table, family room and an Arizona room with another table. The Kitchen is a chef's dream that can easily satisfy the needs of a professional chef or anyone who has a hankering to cook at that level. The spacious kitchen features a gas stove with a pot filler faucet that is mounted over the stove. There is also a flat top stove, oven, microwave, large fridge with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher and a pass through window above the sink that's perfect for entertaining from the inside out. The dining area which is off of the kitchen seats 6 and there are 4 bar stools at the counter. There is also an Arizona room with additional seating for 6 that is right off the family room. The family room has a flat screen tv w/ Dish Network, large sectional couch which provides plenty of seating and 2 french doors that leads out to the backyard as well as provided great lighting. The Master bedroom is on one side of the home while the other bedrooms are on the other. The master bedroom has a King size bed, tv w/ Dish Network, large closet, private bathroom with large Jacuzzi bathtub, separate walk in shower and double sinks. The first guest bedroom has a Queen size bed. The second guest bedroom features 2 Queen size beds, large chair and closet. In between these 2 bedrooms is a bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower combo. The third guest bedroom features a Full size bed, closet and there is a door that leads out to an extended room that has another Full size bed along with a couch, love seat and door that leads to the back yard. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer just off the kitchen. There is an 3rd guest bathroom with a single sink. Linens and towels provided. The home is very large and has comfortable furniture. A/C set at 72 was perfect considering outside temps reached 117+, everything was very clean and fresh, and we had everything we needed during our stay w/good communication. The main bedroom was on the opposite side of the house from the other rooms, affording more privacy. The atrium was a nice touch and when it rains outside, it rains inside! The beds were the most comfortable beds of any home we have stayed in, the main bed is electric. Clean pool w/ a large umbrella you can open up for shade during high sun. Pool furniture was comfortable enough if you care to sit outside in July! Diving board needs to be secured better, it moves! Photos are accurate but should’ve included more. Stove and oven are great, grill in the backyard was nice. Upper deck was awesome! Sunsets are stunning from up there! While it is a nice home, it is slightly dated and could benefit from some updates. Pool table has a repaired tear, and while I asked ahead of time about the pool cues and was told they are in good shape, they need new tips; we didn’t use them. This was one of the main reasons for renting this home so that was a definite negative I must mention. The main bedroom needs new doors, they can easily be pushed open by a small dog when closed/locked. The front door is hard to close and securely lock and blew open during a storm. We would stay again though because this house grows on you! ##### Jennifer F. The only thing that I would change is a few things were broken-dishwasher is not installed or connected to anything. There was a lot of cat/dog hair in the carpet. We wanted to clean the floors but couldn't find any vacuum and the mop was full of hair so baby was on the floor and covered in hair. Bathroom door lock was barely hanging on but I would rent this place again and again. It was amazing and so much room for all of us. The pool was great and everything that we needed was there. We made sure to wash all towels and stuff when we left but couldn't clean any floors but if you want top notch-lots of room-definetly rent this house. The owner/property manager communicated great! if i wanted to be really picky i would say: 1\. there needs to be another sitting area other than the pit crew in front of the TV. and 2\. We loved the available pool toys. And thank u for providing paper products. Very accommodating to the family. The kitchen was filled with what we needed. Needed sharp knifes & Mayb a bit of Tupperware for leftovers. Tried hard to keep ahead of the wasps & ants. I saw this listed in another review but has not been remedied. Rodents ate wires and cables under vehicle. $2000 of damage. Had to be fixed before vehicle drivable. This house was amazing! The pictures didn’t do it’s justice. The place was HUGE and looked even better in person. It was very clean, organized, and easy to find items to use. Due to Covid we couldn't get game tickets so we stayed and enjoyed the house and the game. We had 8 adults and the house easily handled all of our needs. The kitchen is awesome and was used daily for meals. Dishwasher, Laundry were also a convenient to have. Seems like someone was always in the pool or hot-tub. Very nice neighborhood and felt very safe & comfortable in the surroundings. Local shops and markets are also close by to keep the refrigerator stocked up. We were able to take short trips out to Sedona, the Grand Canyon and the Botanical Garden. This house is well equipped and will not disappoint you. Berne is very friendly and accommodating.
