PERFECT! The most PRIVATE backyard with it's own private HEATED pool.(No charge to heat the pool) Pets stay for free. Immaculate 4 bedroom home in a QUIET location of Chandler. Great for relaxation! Single story with vaulted ceiling and no interior steps. All bedrooms are furnished with ultra comfortable beds and soft linen. Bring the whole family to this great home with lots of room for fun. Minutes from all major freeways, shopping and great restaurants. Don't miss it! We support equality!  
  
We value our guests' privacy while also being available when needed. You're welcome to enjoy the space independently, but if you have questions or need assistance, we're just a message away. This home is nestled in a quiet and well-maintained residential neighborhood in Chandler, offering a peaceful suburban atmosphere with the convenience of city living. The area is family-friendly and close to several beautiful parks, walking trails, and golf courses. You'll find grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers just minutes away. With easy access to major roads like the Loop 202 and AZ-87, getting around the East Valley or heading into Phoenix, Tempe, or Gilbert is quick and convenient. It's an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration.  
  
Guests will enjoy convenient self-check-in through a secure smart lock. A personalized access code will be provided before arrival for smooth and contactless entry. The home has a private entrance and guests will have full access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, backyard, and laundry room. Driveway parking is available, with additional street parking nearby if needed. Check-in and check-out are designed to be simple and flexible for a stress-free experience.  
  
This spacious and comfortable home is ideal for up to 8 guests, featuring 4 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary suite offers a private retreat with its own en-suite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for family or friends. The open-concept living and dining areas are perfect for relaxing or gathering together, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, in-unit laundry, and a private backyard—ideal for lounging or dining outdoors. Driveway parking is available for added convenience  
  
A car is recommended for getting around, as the home is located in a quiet residential area with limited public transit. Major roads like Loop 202 and AZ-87 are just minutes away, providing quick access to downtown Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and other parts of the Phoenix metro area. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available, and you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers just a short drive away. Whether you're commuting, exploring, or running errands, this location offers easy and flexible travel options.  
  
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

\-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.  
\-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.  
\-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.  
\-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.  
\-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

It worked out perfect for us, all our activities were in the Chandler area, so great location.We really enjoyed the pool and the privacy of the back yard. Prepared a couple of meals in the kitchen and all went well.Comfortable beds, really enjoyed our stay.
