Welcome to our Charming Getaway in Surprise Arizona! This 3BR/2BA home has a lot to offer, from the tastefully furnished and decorated interior to the backyard outdoor oasis. This home includes all of the necessary items you'll need to feel comfortable and have a peaceful, relaxing vacation. A fully equipped kitchen available for convenient preparation of your favorite home-cooked meals. The 8 foot hedge around entire backyard provides an intimate retreat, including a sparkling pool that can be heated in the cooler months. A redwood pergola with seating and a fire pit table. Dine al fresco, with the gas BBQ and patio dining set. Enjoy the tiki themed bar with plenty of bamboo, colored lights and fun decor. A great place to soak up the sun and unwind during the day and entertain guests during the evening. We are located in the heart of the Cactus League Stadiums and are a 6 minute drive to the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers facility. Perfect spot for the family when in town for tournaments. A golfers heaven, with 9 golf courses in Surprise and another 57 within 20 miles of the city. For automobile aficionados, Barrett Jackson, Mecum, and Sterling auto auctions are nearby. There are car shows and cruise ins almost every weekend. There are so many things to do, Casinos, Hiking, Tennis, Pickleball, etc. Nearby we have The White Tank Mountain Regional Park, Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium & Safari Park and Lake Pleasant Regional Park, State Farm Stadium, Top Golf, Desert Diamond Casino and much more. These are all great places to spend the day! We have taken great care in every detail to create a perfect vacation escape. We invite you to experience one of our favorite places. This is an extremely clean, well-appointed home and the hosts are excellent to communicate with. Even though the houses are close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and the outside pool area feels very private. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area. We were able to go to all spring training parks from this location. Great stay!!

This home has everything we need, plus some! The owners are quick to respond to any issue, and definitely make sure that you enjoy your stay. The pool is private, and well maintained (we were in it several times each day). This is our second time staying in this house, as the amenities and location is absolutely perfect. Close to major grocery stores and many restaurants to choose from. We will be back soon

Perfect Spring Training Stay!

This place was perfect for our family of 3 generations ages 19-84. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the house had every amenity that we needed. The beds were comfy, the pool was so clean and warm and the backyard was a welcome oasis after attending baseball games. We will be back!

This is the place!

Look no further. This is the place to stay. Immaculately clean, well stocked, beds, pillows, linens are top quality and comfortable. Back yard is gorgeous and who doesn’t love a festive tiki bar. The owner Shaun goes above and beyond to accommodate with quick communication. One of our favorite places we’ve stayed. My friends and I were in Surprise for a USTA National tennis tournament so this lovely home in a quiet neighborhood was ideal.

Family Visit

Our stay in this home was fantastic. The home was very clean, well stocked, comfortable for our family and very private. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed the backyard pool every day and loved all the pool toys, chairs and sitting area where we watched the sun rise each day. We enjoyed having our elderly family member visit the home and there was ample room for her walker and zero entry doors. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions, anytime. It was a central home base for all the great hiking in the area. We visited the White Tank Mountains and Lake Pleasant trails. Our stay was truly amazing and staying in this beautiful home made our trip easy!

Cool place for extreme heat

The place was beautiful, well kept up and clean. It was a fun place to be with a pool for some very hot days and a tiki hut for fun. The owners were extremely responsive and every thing that was indicated online about the house was met. It was a great place to stay and plan to do so again. !

Best Ever VRBO Experience

Everything about this house is true, if not better than advertised. So comfortable and well stocked, clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts are fantastic. The pool SO inviting. We will definitely want to book this house again next year.

Really, really nice rental

Nice 3 bedroom home in convenient location of Surprise. Close to shopping, restaurants, and access to the rest of the city. Check-in is super easy, cleanliness and responsiveness of managers is important…and they get 5 ⭐️ for that! If we visit Surprise again, I will be trying to rent that house again, however after everyone finds out about it, the house will be booked out many months in advance.

Stayed in the home while visiting our daughter in Surprise. It had everything we needed, convenient to everything, just as listed and very clean. Pool area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Wouldn’t think twice about booking again for our next visit 👍

Lovely Home
