Welcome to our Charming Getaway in Surprise Arizona! This 3BR/2BA home has a lot to offer, from the tastefully furnished and decorated interior to the backyard outdoor oasis. This home includes all of the necessary items you'll need to feel comfortable and have a peaceful, relaxing vacation. A fully equipped kitchen available for convenient preparation of your favorite home-cooked meals. The 8 foot hedge around entire backyard provides an intimate retreat, including a sparkling pool that can be heated in the cooler months. A redwood pergola with seating and a fire pit table. Dine al fresco, with the gas BBQ and patio dining set. Enjoy the tiki themed bar with plenty of bamboo, colored lights and fun decor. A great place to soak up the sun and unwind during the day and entertain guests during the evening. We are located in the heart of the Cactus League Stadiums and are a 6 minute drive to the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers facility. Perfect spot for the family when in town for tournaments. A golfers heaven, with 9 golf courses in Surprise and another 57 within 20 miles of the city. For automobile aficionados, Barrett Jackson, Mecum, and Sterling auto auctions are nearby. There are car shows and cruise ins almost every weekend. There are so many things to do, Casinos, Hiking, Tennis, Pickleball, etc. Nearby we have The White Tank Mountain Regional Park, Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium & Safari Park and Lake Pleasant Regional Park, State Farm Stadium, Top Golf, Desert Diamond Casino and much more. These are all great places to spend the day! We have taken great care in every detail to create a perfect vacation escape. We invite you to experience one of our favorite places. This place was perfect for our family of 3 generations ages 19-84. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the house had every amenity that we needed. The beds were comfy, the pool was so clean and warm and the backyard was a welcome oasis after attending baseball games. We will be back!

Look no further. This is the place to stay. Immaculately clean, well stocked, beds, pillows, linens are top quality and comfortable. Back yard is gorgeous and who doesn’t love a festive tiki bar. The owner Shaun goes above and beyond to accommodate with quick communication. One of our favorite places we’ve stayed. My friends and I were in Surprise for a USTA National tennis tournament so this lovely home in a quiet neighborhood was ideal.

Our stay in this home was fantastic. The home was very clean, well stocked, comfortable for our family and very private. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed the backyard pool every day and loved all the pool toys, chairs and sitting area where we watched the sun rise each day. We enjoyed having our elderly family member visit the home and there was ample room for her walker and zero entry doors. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions, anytime. It was a central home base for all the great hiking in the area. We visited the White Tank Mountains and Lake Pleasant trails. Our stay was truly amazing and staying in this beautiful home made our trip easy!

Nice 3 bedroom home in convenient location of Surprise. Close to shopping, restaurants, and access to the rest of the city. Check-in is super easy, cleanliness and responsiveness of managers is important…and they get 5 ⭐️ for that! If we visit Surprise again, I will be trying to rent that house again, however after everyone finds out about it, the house will be booked out many months in advance.

We recently went on a 3 generation mother daughter trip and we cannot say enough good things about this vacation rental! From the moment we walked in the front door, we felt at home. The owners have done a fabulous job making sure that every detail has been covered. It is so nicely appointed that it makes you feel spoiled, without being pretentious. The beds, bedding, towels and throw blankets are all nice and cozy. The furniture is all so nice and it is well decorated. We spent every minute we could enjoying the beautiful heated pool and all of the other amazing back yard amenities. The pool was absolutely perfect, even though the weather wasn't quite as nice as we were hoping for. Thank you again for providing such a warm, welcoming place for us to enjoy family time together! We are already talking about booking the house next time we come to AZ! No hesitation in giving this home 5 stars!

Well kept, comfortable, immaculate home in a great location in Surprise. Layout of home is fantastic with good size bedrooms including large master as well as kitchen with large dining table and plenty of space. Living room is great with excellent powered recliner chairs and sofa. Large Sony tv and great surround sound speakers. TV does only have basic of app options, so might recommend brining along a smaller streaming device such as a roku or Amazon fire stick if having more streamlined tv options are any importance. Master bedroom has a good size tv with a Blu-ray player that has some available streaming apps. Backyard is pristine with wonderful pool and lounging chairs, as well as a nice charbroil bbq and outdoor dining set. Tiki bar on side of the home is such a nice, fun unique touch that we wish we got to enjoy more. Same as outdoor sofa and fire pit. Of note, despite pool being heated it can still be a bit in the cooler side in the colder Arizona months. We didn’t have a lot of time to swim anyways but I’m sure the owners would have been accommodating in trying to warm it up if we had requested. Location is very conveniently located to some of the best options in Surprise. Grocery shopping and restaurants can be found literally within a few minutes from house and easy to walk to if one would prefer to do so. Owners were amazingly easy to contact and seemed to take genuine care in making sure we were fully accommodated. Would not hesitate to come back and look forward to visiting again in the near future!

We came to the Surprise area to watch some spring training games. This was our first experience with a VRBO, and I can only hope future VRBO rentals will be as great as this one was. From start to finish, we had a wonderful trip. Excellent communication from the owners, answering any questions we had quickly. Check in was seamless, and we really enjoyed our time in the Surprise area. This home was just what we were looking for with plenty of space, and a great pool and patio area to relax in. The house is close to shopping and dining, as well as close to the spring training home of the Royals and Rangers. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay for a few more days! We will definitely look to book this home again next year for spring training!
