Vacation in Luxury! Don't ruin your vacation in exchange for saving a few dollars for a less than desirable rental in the area. We have many other VRBO listings in and around this community if you need to accommodate larger groups (and want to be near each other) or if this property is not available on the dates you require - send us a message and let us know your needs (here are some listing numbers as well: 1214923, 1489521, 1516390, 1764973, 1516328, 1583009). We have earned VRBO's 5-Star Premier Partner status for a reason! These homes must be rented for no less than 30 days (this is the minimum). There is a 220V electric car charging outlet in the garage! Come enjoy the beautiful golf course gated community at Desert Springs at Alta Mesa. ~2000 square feet with all new flooring, paint, appliances, fire place, private putting green, large high definition, smart, flat screen tv's in all rooms with access to netflix, amazon tv, hulu etc. Note: the home is not on the golf course but is in the golf course community (you will not get hit by golf balls). Private patio with chairs/table, putting green, BBQ grill, next to heated pool, hot tub and club house. Upstairs Master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms by the extended loft/den. It is also complete with queen bed, large walk-in closet and full bathroom with large soaking tub and separate step-in showers! Eat-in kitchen complete with breakfast bar. Upstairs features loft (with game area for kids) with desk/work space area perfect for your home office! . Convenient upstairs laundry next to all bedrooms, Fastest high speed panoramic wireless internet available. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd (non-master) has bunk beds with a full on the bottom, twin on the top and another twin that slides out beneath the full. Make it a family night with plenty of board games to enjoy each other's company. In addition to the community pool/hot tub there is a nearby water park with slides/etc as well as a nearby recreational park! Only 20 minutes from Saguaro lake where you can rent paddle boards, river cruises, kayaks, pontoon boats, wake board boats, etc. Even closer to Salt River Tubing station (Not far from Goldfield Ghost Town). Visit Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch for beautiful desert landscapes as well as the infamous Renaissance Festival! Just down the road from Falcon Field Airport and the Commemorative Air Force Museum. Near 202 freeway for easy access to Tempe, Scottsdale, sky harbor airport. Also near Mesa Gateway Airport.

Nice condo that sleeps a lot of people

Our stay was for a couple months - location was wonderful in Alta Mesa- pool was great. When we had an issue the host responded fast and always fixed issue.We would stay again!

Nice gated community at a good location Very nice large TVs in all bedrooms and living rooms, with cable TV. Wi-Fi connection was very good.A limited amount of cooking pots and pans reduced any cooking availability.No fault of owner, but cleaning company did not do a good job. Oven was filthy, floors were dirty. We contributed a bucket so the floor could be mopped. Also suggest the outdoor patio gets hosed down and BBQ cleaned. We recommend this unit, hopefully, they get a better cleaning job in future.

Winter get-away

We enjoyed the location of this property which is close to Mountain hiking, golf, restaurants and shopping. The pool was right across the private street from our unit and we enjoyed relaxing in the sun every day. Very safe and secure neighborhood. Our Grandkids had a blast when they came to visit.

Came down to run Mesa Marathon. Great location. Condo was beautifully decorated, had huge tv's in every room and was very comfortable for my whole family. We love Arizona and will be back!

Nicely furnished condo

Very happy with this condo. Minor checking problem solved immediately with call to property manager. Large televisions in every room with good internet channel package. Internet in general was very good. Garage large enough for any vehicle. Minor quibble could use a few more pans. Would not hesitate to stay again or to recommend to anyone needing vacation rental in Mesa. Lots of nearby eating choices and shopping.

Great trip!

We were not familiar with the area and were pleasantly surprised. We ended up renting like 6 other homes through Jason as we were part of a very large group. The pictures do not do the area nor the home justice. All the TV's have access to games, netflix, hulu, etc and they are in every room. I could not get my kids to leave their rooms (in this case that was a good thing...as that meant quality relax time for us). The pool and hot tub were perfect and very clean (heated as well). The salt river was a ton of fun (very relaxing as well). We were also able to enjoy a ride in a world war II B17 bomber (airplane) across the street at the Arizona Commemorative Air Force Museum (they give rides in other vintage airplanes as well). My husband and I loved the vintage pinball arcade just down the road...it was fun showing the kids the games we played growing up! Jason was very receptive to all requests and provided an unending stream of recommendations on restaurants/things to do in the area. We are definitely coming back. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Awesome vacation

This place was amazing!! All was better than expected and was totally worth the money. Do not be fooled by lower priced options in the area as they are nothing like the pictures and will ruin your vacation comfort. Jason was very accommodating to our large group and was able to help us rent multiple homes in the area aligning to our needs and dates. I highly recommend this home!

Amazing place

This place was gorgeous!! We were able to rent this home and 5 others nearby to accommodate our large group. Everything was brand new and state of the art! Jason was very accommodating and receptive to our needs. The area was beautiful as well surrounded by lush orange orchards with plenty to do for all! The kids loved the pool and hot tub and loved practicing their putting on the new private putting green in the back yard. The Lost Dutchman Superstition Mountain Ghost Town was straight out of the movies (and free to see the shows and tour the buildings). We loved the home made fudge and ice cream as well as the old fashioned steak house. We stopped by Saguaro lake and did the river cruise as well (gorgeous landscapes with wildlife all around). The host of the cruise provided a great history of the area and was very entertaining. Our family was so sad to leave =(
