Un très bel hôtel familial qui remplit toutes les conditions pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour.
La chambre est très confortable, l’emplacement est parfait et le personnel très avenant.
Nous avons pu réserver nos billets d’entrée en amont de notre arrivée et avons bénéficié de tous les conseils pour profiter au maximum.
Ils ont organisé nos transferts gratuitement depuis l’aéroport et vers la gare.

When I arrived, I was a bit disappointed that the swimming pool wasn’t function (I had planned to go swimming every day but it's just not possible). But after spending three nights at XMAN, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The real highlight is the staff—they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and ensure you enjoy your stay in Zhangjiajie.
The hotel itself is in excellent condition, and I always felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the park. Truly a fantastic stay—highly recommended!
