"Property was absolutely gorgeous quiet, staff was accommodating. Our room was perfect with the Mountain View and tub. The restaurant had a very small menu and food was not that great. We had to order 2 appetizers and 5 dinners just get to full. Overall satisfied. "

As mentioned in another review, the property has a lot of levels (up or down 1-2 steps) in the main living area, but that was not an issue for us."

"The lodge was amazing. The rooms were huge and very very spacious, including the bathrooms. Extremely clean and the mattress and pillows were the most comfortable ones I’ve ever come across in a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and warm. Unfortunately they were shutting down for business and I was apparently the last guest to checkout! I wish they’d keep it running. I’d go back to the catskills just to stay there!"

"Comments on both good and bad. There were icy spots on the walkway to our room which could have caused a serious fall. The bathroom was warm and appeared upgraded But the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Bath towels were small. My biggest complaint was the TV was OLD school. A small flat screen would have been nice. Lighting in the room was weak. The room was very warm. A very nice breakfast."

"I had a really good experience with this cabin and the location. The owner lives on site, met me within two minutes of my arrival, and then gave me a brief and complete rundown of the property and the surrounding area highlights. Property sits on a beautiful stream and the large property is very well maintained. Inside of the cabin matches the photographs in the listing. A lot of outdoor activities near by. If you like hiking, there are really nice lakes and trailheads all along Route 214, which...

"This property was perfect for a quick weekend getaway with my partner. The place was clean and inviting. There were a few snacks along with coffee and tea provided by the hosts. The bathroom was well stocked. The town itself is adorable with some good restaurants within close driving/walking distance and lots of outdoor activities. I definitely recommend staying here!"
