The property was clean. Staff was responsive and helpful answering any questions. My only issue is personal. I have a sore back from a previous injury. That being said, the mattress was not the best. Overall it was a good experience though.

What a beautiful, unique building. Full of antiques and feels like going back in time. The ride up to my fourth floor room in the 19th century cage elevator was a wonderful touch. Can’t wait to go back again.

I had not visited the Ponds for 30 years. It has not gracefully aged. Condo unit has not been updated since it was built in the early 70s and it shows. There was trash strewn around the property, an outside deck inaccessible, piled with furniture, a muddy driveway and walk, a space heater for the room, windows with poor insulation...not at all what was represented on the website.
