I do not believe in penalizing people who have furry companions with added fees. The place, however, is catered more to dog owners since there are various dog toys and a dog bed in the living room. The space is a great value and great price! It has the unique distinction of having a library for cozy reading in the basement (classics and contemporary novels line the shelves). Next to the library is a game room with a foosball table and a cabinet with board games and other misc. games/toys. Parking is available out front (street parking). There is also a designated space around back.
