You have one neighbor to the left of the house. The house is comprised of the following. Basement: Area for children to play, washer/dryer, full bathroom 1st Floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, access to the enclosed yard. 2nd Floor: Master BDR (king bed) with ensuite full bathroom, 2nd and 3rd bedroom (each queen beds) with shared full bathroom in the hallway. 3rd Floor: Bedroom with bunkbeds, full bathroom, dedicated workspace Guest Access: Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within the apartment in any form. If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties. Minimum age: The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24\. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The stairs are narrow and the rooms are relatively small, which is to be expected given the age of the house, but there was more than enough room for our stay and the common spaces fit us all easily. The third floor bedroom is not reached by the central air, but the owners have provided a window AC unit that kept the room pleasantly cool even during the heat wave that occurred while we were there. ##### Lloyd M.
