The townhouse is walking distance to several nice restaurants and the historic district. The house has modern appliances but has retained the historic charm of the neighborhood.Just be aware, this house will NOT accommodate anyone with mobility issue due to 2 very steep, narrow staircases. The host is very quick to respond and maintains excellent communication. The house is not acceptable for 7 people. We had 5 adults and it was not comfortable for us to gather as a group to sit and relax.
